I like everything about this except the price. Think the price point is a little too high. Love the remote. I have a fake pencil tree I wanted to keep up all year round and my other rotating tree stands didn’t fit the trunk. Need bigger opening. So I found this one for live trees.

    • Only worked for 1 week and company will not respond!
Do not waste your money on this product! We are so disappointed and sad that this product only worked for one week! Our tree has hundreds of ornaments from special places and events. It is our memory tree and we were so excited that we could decorate it all the way around this year. After spending hours carefully placing our decorations all the way around the tree, we are now afraid to use the rotating base. It worked flawlessly for a week but now makes a horrible noise when we start it. It also clicks and pops and the tree shakes and makes our ornaments shake. We sacrificed the number of lights we put on the tree because there is a limit to the number of amps that the base will support. We are left with only seeing some of our decorations and with not as many lights. We contacted the company and they have not responded!! ... show more

Had this tree stand for only 2 years. Obviously only used it for about 4 weeks in 2020, 2021 and just put it up this week. Last year it started a grinding noise and would rock periodically. This year, it grinds 50% of the time and now the lights are flickering because the plugs in the stand are coming apart. The media could not be loaded. Love it. I was skeptical at first but unit is solid and easily handled 9 foot tree. We left it turning to decorate which allowed us to distribute ornaments around whole tree. Remote is also very convenient.

Only thing is that the tree trunk must be at least a 4” diameter to be able to catch all the screws on the base plate. Just something to be aware of. Possibly they could add a second set of holes on the base plate for trees with a small than 4” trunk diameter. ... show more
