This definitely won’t fix damaged/thinning hair but it has helped the dryness immensely. I have average hair. Wavy with tighter corkscrews near the ends. Thin strands like a 2C. I don’t use heat much and I don’t color. This stuff came highly recommended for dryer type hair. For the price, I’d say just don’t expect any miracles and maybe stick with whatever you’re using. It made no noticeable difference to me. I even checked online to see if others were using it in some special way. It’s hair lotion. That’s about it. Didn’t do anything for more shorter frizzy hairs. My sons hair will curl in the humidity. But we live in a very dry climate thus it won’t curl. But this stuff is humidity in a bottle and his hair curls in this dry weather! It’s awesome!
