The worst conditioner I’ve ever tried

I was so excited to try this conditioner after reading reviews from people it worked wonders for with fine hair. Unfortunately it left the ends of my hair super dry and caused really terrible knotting every day, some of the knots I couldn’t brush out easily at all and had to cut them out. I’ve never had that experience with any other conditioner I’ve tried.
