My husband is disabled so we had to pull our tub out and put in an ADA shower. My dog feels secure in this tub. It is stable, sturdy, fits into the shower pan, and is easy to use in our ADA compliant shower. I wasn't sure about buying it, but after trying to bathe my little dog in the kitchen sink, and me getting wetter than him, I decided to give it a try. It replaces our bathtub very well other than having to clean, dry, and move it to another room after use, it is just as fast and saves kneeling by the tub for a scrub a dub dub. Being 6ft tall, leaning down over a dog tub was agony on my back. This tub raises up and it is more stable than I anticipated. My cardigan corgis fit well, but I dont know that I would try it at the tallest setting with a dog much heavier or longer in body unless the dog is calm for a bath. I would be concerned a bigger dog might shift to one end. Of course the design makes the base more narrow the taller you set the tub. But for my situation with dogs quite accustomed to bathing and a size that easily fits the tub, it is perfect. I also love that folding the tub for storage is as simple as pulling up the center handle. ... show more

I can set it up right next to my tub but it doesn’t quite fit in it. I’m 5’11” so it is not tall enough but I always keep furniture risers handy for this purpose (nothing is ever tall enough). I love that it folds up and is very easy to carry and store. Best part: The 3-clip harness! And I don’t even put it on my pups - just attach it to the tub wall. My three poodles are very well behaved bathers but all three like to “crowd the plate” = they want to stand as close to the edge of the tub as possible and hang their head over the edge. Water drips off their face and ears and onto the floor. The harness/leash thingy forms almost a net that keeps them from getting too close to the edge so I dont need to use one of my hands to hold or push them back. Big win! ... show more
