These are no my primary glasses that goes with me everyday. The glasses are light weight and the lens is clear and well made. Having progressive helps and it's a subtle transition and not harsh at all. I really dig the orange color frame as it's like an Oakley stylish frame. As far as durability, the frame is a "softer" plastic than most glasses sold on Amazon. So, as far as it being durable, it'll probably last longer than others! I can already see that it'll out last the ones I currently use. Great for everyday computing. I've recommended this to several other friends and they love this as well!

I just Love these glasses. They are very durable and the silicone sides make these glasses flexible, light and easy to wear. When I watch TV I don't need them. I put them on top of my head or hang them on my shirt,many, many times during the day. The hinges are sturdy and the big lenses give me a wide view. The blue is a nice touch as well. I very much recommend these for reading wearing around the house. Thanks.

At 47, the steady creep of presbyopia has become harder and harder for me to ignore. Like many, it started with low-light, small font situations. But as a information worker, my computer screens are my work life. I value screen real-estate and loath setting the resolution lower than the monitor maximum. Which for 25 years hasn't been a problem...until I found myself straining to read text on a 32" 3480x2160 resolution monitor (4K). I decided to give these progressive readers a try. I have no idea if these actually filter blue light, and I don't really care as that is not the problem I'm trying to solve. Rather, standard off-the-shelf reading glasses improved my computer vision a bit, but they aren't really fit for this purpose as their focal distance is around 18" and my monitor is 24"-30" from my eyes. These glasses are PERFECT for computer use. The natural sweet spot of the progressive magnification in the center of the lenses is where I end up naturally looking at the monitors, and that center point focal distance on the lenses is about 30", perfect for my laptop and large desktop monitor setup. This is the first day I've used them and after eight hours, the absence of eye strain is noticeable. I didn't even realize how much I was straining. Then taking them off, I realize just how blurry my vision is. These frames are light and incredibly comfortable. Unlike metal frames then never pinch or squeeze or get uncomfortable pressure in certain spots. They feel almost "light as air", to steal a marketing phrase. I realize that is partly because they are a cheap, lightweight plastic but that's honestly exactly what I wanted. No discomfort, no slippage, just glasses that stay put and do their job. And they look pretty decent, too. I like the little splash of orange color. I'm not wearing them to make a fashion statement, but the fact that I don't hate the style is pretty great. I liked getting two pairs; one to keep in my tech travel bag (I travel a lot for work) and one for the office. I'll update this review if anything changes, otherwise I consider these an excellent value, effective for the purpose, and just as described / pictured. The only negative: the "case" is the cheapest little thing you can imagine: the eye glass equivalent of the free checkbook cover that comes with checks. But I didn't buy these for the case, so I don't really care unless they get smashed in my travel bag due to a lack of a case. I might have to dig up a harder case from one of my many pairs of sunglasses for the travel pair of glasses.

I really liked these - very stylish frames considering the low cost, comfortable. And the progressive lenses were very useful - with the 2.0 power there is not-terrible distance vision at the top of the lens and near vision for both computer and up-close reading in the middle and bottom of the lens. Unfortunately, the frame cracked spontaneously after a couple months of use (and I keep them in a hard case and avoid subjecting them to harsh temperatures); this is common in inexpensive readers, but frustrating. So, 5 stars for the initial product, 1 star for durability.

Well built over the counter readers. I wear mine all the time. Clear text, and don’t easily scratch. I keep mine hanging around my neck. Will not be painful to your pocket if the break yet they are very functional and durable. Been using mine for some months now.

These have been good reader glasses for me after the ones I had been buying weren't available any more. They are plenty durable and have a crisp, non-distorted lens that seems to be reasonably resistant to scratching and damage.

I tested progressive lense on readers to see if I would like the progressive glasses at far cheaper cost, they are stylish, comfortable and just what I expected, I don't have keep that taking my glasses off after reading! So now I can justify the cost on progressive glasses! Highly recommend!
