  • You can walk with your back straught.
Color: Purple
I love it. It is so easy to use & assemble (all the pieces are labeled with alphabet letters so there is no doubt where they go.) It is totally & easily adjustable both in height & also the length of the arms. It will fit anyone tall or short. The best thing is that you walk with your back straight & it has relieved my back pain. ... show more

  • Solid walker and great customer support!
Color: Blue
I bought the walker on 9/21/24. It was easy to assemble, but I had to use a little WD-40 on the folding hinges. The enclosed manual had clear easy-to-follow instructions. The tubing and welding are noticeably stronger than on my old standard bend-over model.I've been using it with no problems. Many people have commented, many saying they didn't know such a thing existed! Reliable walking assistance until 6/29/25. I was at a car show and it began swaying uncontrollably. Then some bystanders pointed out that my right front wheel had fallen off! I can barely walk without it! These same bystanders then helped me by moving the remaining spring-ball part in the lower leg to the empty side, and reassemble the leg so I was good to go! Now for the good part! Elenker has superb customer service! I called them, and after determining my item was under warranty, I was given the email for their CA warehouse and asked to include a photo of the part. Easy enough. The great thing is I received the part on July 2nd! This is terrific service! Kudos to Elenker! BTW, if you're out of warranty, you can buy the needed parts from the same warehouse! I'm impressed by both their products and their customer support! Def 5 stars! ... show more

  • Exceptionally Great Upright Walker
Color: Purple
I ordered this walker because of 2 day delivery, it took 6 days, not sellers fault but FedEx. I read reviews prior to purchase. Honestly the 1 and 2 stars don't get it. This is the first walker, especially upright I like. Bought for my 94 year old mother, who's walker has her bent over and she lays on her forearms to control which has caused her to fall alot. Neuropathy, arthritis, etc. and screws and plate in her back. Her initial test drive was very positve. The arm rests, brake handles and forearm adjustments were great along with the standing upright ability. The seat handles provided extra support for getting up and sitting onto furniture. The whole walker can be broken down quickly and enough to put in trunks, back seats and so forth without tools as long as it is done by someone who is physically capable and can take a few extra minutes. Arthritis can be a problem and picking up, as it is 29 lbs. The reason for 4 stars is the shipping stating 2 days for prime customer and it took 6 days fault of FedEx to receive (use UPS, same charges and faster ground service). I am actually going to buy one for myself and keep for later usage. I'm 68 with bad knees and back. It's adjustable for short 5'4" and me 5'11". Oh she is extremely happy and has used the other style for years and didn't realize that this was affordable. If it goes bad I'll write about it. Otherwise Me :) ... show more

  • Upright Walker
Color: Blue
The lower handles make it easy for mom to get up. It folds easy and is plenty wide enough. Sturdy seat. Comfy arm rests. Would recommend.

It’s hard to open and close. It’s difficult to assemble and disassemble. Plus I was sent the wrong color.. I want a full refund. The company is refusing to give me a full refund to my original payment method with options of 40% discount,, give it away or sell it. My reply was that I wanted their company to pick up the walker for a full refund. The walker is packed and ready to be picked up. I will update this review as how quickly this problem was solved. ... show more

  • Great mobility aid … if you’re mobile enough
Color: Green
TL;DR: A comfortable, sturdy walker (with some cautions on sitting) that may be difficult to assemble and transport, at least without help, for the people that need it most. It is NOT “lightweight.” Fits a midsize sedan with back seats down. Requires ample open space to maneuver. Assembly: Some pieces are big and heavy. I had to alternately stand, sit on a chair, and sit on the floor. As multiple reviewers have mentioned, the holes for the poles and back rest don't seem to line up. I almost gave up, but after 15 minutes of fussing and fiddling, I stumbled upon the magic angle + position that worked. Transport: This takes both effort and choreography. I have a midsize (not compact) sedan; the back seats must be down, and the walker wheels only fit through the tallest part of the door. Whatever your vehicle size, do yourself a favor and secure the legs so the walker stays folded while you lift it. I use a 48” bungee cord. Now that I’ve learned the routine, it’s a little easier. My next car will be a hatchback! Usage: The people in the videos all seem to live in mansions, with massive kitchens and bedrooms. That's because you need a good deal of open space, with bare or thinly carpeted floors. I use the walker only away from home. Out about town, at the office or the store, it's great. I have a herniated disc, and I can stand straighter and walk longer than with a standard rollator. But be careful sitting down: -- If the hand brakes aren't locked (you have to push them downward), the seat can slip out from under you. To be safe, I hold the sit-to-stand handles firmly while I set my backside down, and keep a light grip the entire time I'm seated, locked brakes or not. TIP: See 00:15 on the "ELENKER Tall Upright Walker with Padded Seat" video, the last one in the product description. -- I have the seat at the lowest height and wish it could be set one notch lower. I’m 5-foot-4, and if I sit flush against the back rest, my feet barely touch the floor. So I have to sit forward a little. Storage: Folded, the walker is about the size of a wheelchair. I keep mine in the car, since I don't need the back seats for passengers. For seated activities like movies or restaurants, I suggest requesting the accessible section so you can park the walker nearby. The walker itself has a roomy bag compartment. The drink holder is narrow, sized for a 16-oz. water bottle. I can also (barely) fit a 24-oz. foam cup with a tapered base. Recommendation? Only for those who can manage it, either alone or with daily assistance. Assembly and transport could be prohibitively difficult for some older, injured, or disabled people. For example: – It wouldn't work for my parents, who are in their 80s and live by themselves. They can't assemble complex items or lift anything heavy, at least not safely. – I'm 50 and although I have back/hip pain, I can handle the walker. I also only need it for longer walks, so I don't have to load/unload it from the car every time. When I’m in town and can help my parents, I offer it to them. ... show more
