So I received my order today 12/28/22 and when I opened the box this is how it arrived without its original package only in a UPS box. As you can see it arrived dirty and with stains. I don't think the seller packaged the item without it's own bag. Im guessing the warehouse or wherever it came from that the original bag might of got damaged and was then placed in a box. I messaged the seller and in no time I received a replacement, which now I give 5 Stars. However, I did send the original order back. Pretty satisfied that I received my replacement and arrived in a smaller box in an airtight bag. Overall, the cooling mattress feels like a high quality product and very soft and fits perfect on my queen bed. Looks nice alone on the mattress without sheets. We have a memory foam mattress (WE HATE IT) but unfortunately for our RV, it’s the I my kind of mattress we can get. Our backs and neck and legs hurt so bad.
