Arrived on time. Deliveryman was kind enough to roll the crate inside our entry hall for easy access by a dolly to our outside deck. I took our son about an hour to hook-up the gas line under our deck and connect the fire pit. It looks very expensive, solid, concrete looking and beautiful! Within that hour we were enjoying our fire-pit. Made in Ireland by Elementi not China. Absolutely in love with our Elimenti Fire Table, Glass Surrounding and Heavy Duty Metal Cover. The quality of all the items are top notch. Everything arrived quickly and very well packaged with zero damage. The Fire Table is a dream. Exactly what we have been looking for. It goes perfectly with our concrete high rise balcony look. It puts off plenty of heat and is so beautiful. Highly recommend buying the glass surround. It gets very breezy up here on the penthouse floor and the glass surrounding keeps the flames going without missing a beat. Great quality thick glass as well. We also purchased the heavy duty metal cover for the fire part of the table. It keeps everything nice and clean when we are not using the table. Highly recommend the Elimenti products and AMS Fireplace who handled the packaging and shipping of our items. First class all the way. All our neighbors want to get the same table now!

It's classy, elegant just like it's label says "it's the art of living" having this on my deck makes me feel great. When evening comes and it's on, the flame is beautiful and warm enough. We bought 20lbs of cobalt blue glass rocks I never opened the ones that comes with it. We also bought a stainless steel cover, glass to prevent strong wind from blowing the flame and also bought a propane tank and a concrete cover. This firepit is the size of a two sitter. I love it! If you love good things this is one of the good additions you can have on your deck. By the way, it comes with a strong cover for heavy rains and snow.

This started out as a beautiful table, but after one day of rain, the finish is pretty much nothing but micro-cracks. It comes with a cover, but living in Arizona, we rarely see rain and don’t want to stare at a canvas cover all day so we leave it open and try to use the cover for major storms that we know are coming. Also, when the pan fills with water, you will end up with clogs in your burner tube connections that will trip the gas safety nonstop and render your table useless until it completely dries out. It seems like it should be easy to disassemble the pan and remove it for cleaning, but the screws have nut/washers on the underside - so good luck fastening a screw assembly from the top and bottom to something that weighs 200 lbs. One other complete oversight that we’ve just decided to live with is that a natural gas fire pit should have a hidden hose connection and not a side mounted connection. Most people installing an NG fire pit have a gas stub-up that the table sits over so that the stub is hidden. This table has a side mounted hose that has to be turned back under the side of the table to make the attachment. Why would you design it this way? Why not have the connection on the inside and a small hose notch on the side as an option for those who may not have a gas stub? We now have a looped hose hanging off the side of the table. The day I got this table up and installed, I would have given this 4 stars because it was beautiful when I dumped in the aqua fire stones (bought separately, this table comes with ugly lava rock). Now, after experiencing a number of nuisances, I’m questioning the quality of this table and it upsets me to remember how much I paid for average quality. You can find similar quality for way less. If you live somewhere where it never rains like me, it’s a serviceable table, but we will see for how long. If you live anywhere else, you’ll need to keep it covered it’s entire life to keep it from being destroyed. Enjoy staring at your canvas covered $2,000 box every day!

After 3 months we’ve noticed cracks starting to show in many areas. This is an expensive fire table and we are greatly disappointed with the quality. I have photos. Will request a refund. It’s beautiful but poor quality. I’m pleased to say that the seller settled appropriately and I’m pleased.
