I was reluctant to use this because I wanted to buy Leviton which was expensive. I visited their website and saw they are focusing on developing switches and other a few. Not a typical rebabelling same products other cheap Chinese resalers do. I installed 2 of this, installatiin was pretty straight forward, worked very well for 2 weeks. I ordered 8 more and installed 1 week ago. Very well designed, worked well, very accurate sensors. Highly recommeded. I see some comments on motion detection and difficulty of adjusting it. As I am 20 year experienced IT sys admin in small companies, I had to do mechanical jobs as well so I will reply to them 1. " motion sensor doesn't work. I have to dance." Motion sensor works very well. I have never need to dance. It has never failed to detect my working in bath, kitchen, closet when I properly install. Even waving hands in toilet lighted up right away. I don't know how he/ she adjusted motion sensor Mine is set to 1 min for closet and 5 min for bathroom. Perfect. 2. "Adjusting motion sensor tumer requires pulling out switch". All i had to do was take out the front snap cover to access the timer to adjust. So screw, no pulling out the switch!

I love this switch. I put it in my man cave bathroom and it works very easily. Just walk into the bathroom and the light comes on. Walk out and it goes out by itself after a short time, less than a minute. Of course it does have an option of touching it to turn it on and off but what’s the purpose of that if you’re buying this in the first place. Looks good and the benefit it it’s touchless.

This motion sensing swith is easy to install and looks good. It doesn't require neutral wire which can save space. Only drawback is the response time is a bit long, taking 1-2 seconds to turn on the light. Another switch I have takes less than 1 second as comparison.

I bought a 6-pack and 2 were defective/DOA. I initially left a poor review due to the failure rate and the fact that I don't want to uninstall the 3 that did work just so I can return the entire 6 pack. However, within 24 hours of my review, seller provided a full refund without asking for any returns and never even asked about the review. This is how to do business and how to keep customers. I'm ok with the fact that mass produced electronics at low price points will fail, as long as the seller can make it right. A good seller would provide free exchange, this seller went above and beyond and gave me an outright full refund. This kind of customer service is hard to find, certainly not at the big box stores. I was already a ELEGRP customer for years, and love their easy 3-wire design, all my other ones were installed in my last 2 places in 2017 and 2020 and all are still working. So, with customer service like this, I have no hesitation to keep using their products, even if there is a bad batch now and then, I'm confident they will make it right.

hired an electrician and he tried everything and finally decided that it's a faulty switch. So of course I had to pay him for his time which was 5X the price of this faulty thing. Don't waste your money and just buy the name brand one - a lutron or similar.
