I read a lot of mixed reviews before buying this and still decided to give it a chance — and honestly, I don’t agree that the quality is bad. The wood is real natural wood, not fake, and the barrel has very good paint quality. The legs are strong and easily hold a full 5-gallon water bottle without any issues. It feels stable and well made. Setup can be a bit tricky, I agree. I actually threw away the paper instructionsб but found clear information on their help page instead. What worked for me: • First, fully charge the pump • Then restart the pump by holding the power button for a few seconds until all the lights blink • Cut the water tube — for me, about 24 inches was perfect, my feedback to trim it for a customer At first I didn’t cut the tube, and I can see why some people had problems. If the tube is too long, the pump won’t work properly. I think many negative reviews come from not charging, not restarting, and not cutting the tube before first use. Now everything works perfectly. I’m very happy with it, and it looks beautiful in my studio.

If you are looking for a stunning piece to hide your water jug, this is the way to go. However, I do find the water stream veryyyyy slow compared to another dispenser I have that offers the same functionality. Wish they would upgrade their water pump. That would seal the deal.

We have a farmhouse and thought this would be a cute ad big mistake. Do not waste your money for this item It’s a defective product/design you will be lucky to have enough water to come out to cover er the bottom of a cup. There is zero quality in the power to create a suction to generate the water through the tube. As well, this is a third-party seller so you’re going to be responsible for the return shipping cost of a very large package to get back to them This is a no go by all means. We just got ours and paid 260 some dollars for hours. They have already dropped their price to 199. This thing is not going to sell.

This product is not well designed. The water pump attachment is from another vendor and does not operate well. It also has to be recharged. While it looks amazing, I would not buy this product

Great quality materials – painted metal and a real wood top. The bottle stand feels very sturdy. Make sure to fully charge the pump and trim the water tube for a smoother flow. Best of all, it hides my ugly blue bottle in style!

This is the most stylish water dispenser you'll ever find! However, the design of how the lid fits on the drum could be improved to be mire secure. There should be a cut out for the charging cord. The water comes out in a very small stream and the height of the spout limits what you can dispenser into. All that said, the look makes up for all of the shortcominga.
