So far, this is working great for us. The water comes out hot, and although the temperature drops during the shower, it's not that bad. I'm waiting for my first electricity bill to see how expensive it's going to be. I'm electrician so the installation was done super easy.

This thing is awesome for the money. My standard hot water heater went out so I figured I give this a try and it's been great. It did leak out of the inlet so I had to grind down part of the inlet screw/screen so that it was more recessed and could seal better. Just make sure your wiring can handle it.     • Spend the extra money for the model V7B-240B. It will heat up more water.

I bought the Model: V7B-140B It works great but if you use more than one faucet at a time, the water does not get as hot. I just turn the water slower and it heats up better. If I had to do it again, I would buy the Model: V7B-240B it is almost 100.00 more but it heats up more water at a time.

It was nice while it worked. Less than 4 months and it stopped heating and screen does not turn on. Water is mildly warm but not even close to actually warm. So seems like flow sensor is working and at least some of the heating element is good. But yeah, junk is junk. Looking for another heater now
