I should have paid attention to the 4.5kw aspect of this heater. It really puts out a lot of really hot water. So much so that its too powerful for just one sink. You can adjust the temp but this could clearly run a shower as well as multiple sinks. Easy to install.

The media could not be loaded. When we found this tankless hot water heater, it was advertised as one that goes in an RV. We installed in our office and love it!! It was placed under the sink in the cabinet and has served us well. We don’t use a lot of hot water but when making bottles for baby calves it’s heaven sent!! Great purchase!!! ... show more

Good value heater... the unit install easy, simple operation, plug n play if you have a 240/40amp dedicated circuit if not, forget it.... if you need to run a circuit, its costly and be sure you have enough capacity... then, this is not for a big house to replace a large capacity HW heater be sure it will work with your flow needs and temp splits, as if you have very cold water entering the unit, it will produced lower temp hot water at higher volumes...so do some homework to pick right... easy plumbing in n out, safety features built in, so far, so good, no complaints 4.5 stars ... show more

When this item popped up in my feed, I thought it was made by the “major brand”, but after looking again, I had to laugh at how similar the names are. That does raise a few caution flags, but not a deal breaker. If just going by looks... this is a very attractive and stylish looking product. There is one major omission on the product page. There are four different sizes of this heater, and nowhere does it state how much water flow each unit will heat or what applications can be operated from each of the units. Will it heat the entire house? Will it run just one bathroom? Or just the kitchen? Or just the laundry room? That is something a buyer must know before ordering. The booklet included with the heater does have a chart showing the maximum number of degrees the heater can raise the incoming water at different flow rates. If you want 125 degrees, which is standard for most tank-style water heaters, then this 9kw unit might handle a single bathroom or the kitchen. Another issue of concern is this unit is not UL listed. Whenever I install electrical devices in my home, especially high-power devices, I look for that UL label. Because of all of the above, I decided to use this in a half-bath in my new workshop and not in my home. I had already dropped a 240v/40 amp circuit to the bath during construction... and of course, the plumbing was in place... so installation was simple. Operation is also easy. ... show more

I recently had a boiler bite the dust, and so I knew I wanted to upgrade to a tankless water heating system. This one arrived just in time, and I was able to swap out the old boiler with this new setup. This heater is sufficient for my needs, since there are only two of us living in the house, and we don't use hot water very much since we live in a state and an area that is pretty much hot all the time. However, I have noticed that the hot water gets through the pipes a little bit faster, and it doesn't really run out like it would with the boiler. I am completely satisfied with this water heater, and I knew I would go this route ever since some of my other family members showed me the light with their own tankless system. 10/10 ... show more
