We use it for a sink outside. Works well, but you need to slow the flow of water really low in order to get hot water. Too much pressure and you'll never get hot water.     • Good while it works .... lasted 6 months before it died
Requires a dedicated outlet to prevent breaker from tripping, running for more than a few minutes can sometimes trip the dedicated breaker as well. Purchased in February, finally got in installed by mid June. It just stopped working in November. To get the water more than just warm water flow has to be low, barely enough to wash your hands. Used in work shop and was able to get the pressure where it worked for me. While it was working I gave it a 3 or 4, but since it worked barely 6 months it gets the one star it deserves ... show more

Sometimes it's actually nice to get an item for purchase that actually performs the job you paid for. This is not one of those items. Does not get the water hot period.
