I bought this and assembled myself. To be honest, it is easy assembly for what it is, but it’s still difficult in general. Like for a standing desk, it’s definitely doable, but also a standing desk is going to require more involvement to put together. You will certainly need to use the instructions. Plan for it to take you about an hour. I love the height that it goes and the low noise is beneficial. I am 5 foot six and it’s plenty tall enough for me. I have my computer monitor, laptop, planner, and some work things on the desk and it feels comfortable. Be careful when you’re screwing in the screws not to go too deep. The table is a life saver for my husband. We recently moved to a small apartment and my husband is using the bedroom as his office. This table is easy to assemble, and it seems to be sturdy. It allows my husband to stand from time to time to keep him active. Price is also reasonable!

Bought 3 tables and every single one was damaged and they sent a wrong color for one of them on top of that. Kept 2 tables since the damage was minor and unnoticeable but the black one had a biiig visible chip so I’ll return that. If they sent me walnut color like I had ordered it would’ve been unnoticeable. It doesn’t have memory buttons but the motor is smooth and fast enough. I’d say go for it if you don’t mind minor damages and wanna save like 30 bucks

This desk is pretty nice looking and it is extremely sturdy once put together correctly. It also takes a small bit to put together and the instructions are not exactly first grade. Also, its quite a beefy and weighty desk vs most modern desks so there is that. Works well for me

I was very much looking forward to the arrival of this standing desk, and it was worth it! I thought putting the desk together would be a pain in the "you know what", BUT it was actually fairly simple. It took me a little over 30 minutes to assemble. (I'm somewhat experienced at putting stuff together.) I probably could have speed ran it in under 20 minutes if I really tried. But I would expect the average person to spend about 30mins to an hour to complete assembly. I did run into an error code when I first turned it on and thought it was broken. I unplugged it then plugged it back in and pressed buttons, but then saw something in the manual you have to do. It was a simple fix and has worked perfectly since then. If you had someone to help... then assembly would be faster for you. I don't want to sit down all the time, but I have lots of work to do on the computer. With this desk I can stand and work on my laptop with lots of space for keyboard, mouse, monitor, etc... It is a game changer for me! Then at night when I want to sit down, I can lower the desk easily to my desired height. It is a relatively quiet motor and transitions up and down smoothly. On one of the pictures for this listing, there is a woman sitting on the desk. It seems sturdy to me, but I would not risk sitting on it because the main board is only about a half inch thick. That seems unsafe to sit on for most adults (in my opinion). I could be wrong but I am not going to test it, even though I am under 176lbs. My experience with this desk so far, from assembly to daily use, has been very positive. I think anyone who works on the computer a lot, and anyone who is able to stand, should own a standing desk.

I got the table with the wrong color, and worse than that, after spending more than an hour assembling it, I found that the electric motor does not work.

This motorized standing desk is perfect for a home office. I liked it so well, I ordered a second one. The desk comes with everything you need to assemble it and start using it immediately. The control panel has an up, down, and 3 memory buttons to set it for your individual preferences. You literally just push the button to adjust the height up or down. There is ample room on the surface of the desk for your computer, files, and other standard office accessories. This desk does not take up a lot of space but gives you a large, workable surface with the flexibility to work while standing at the touch of a button. You do not need to move anything from your desk while adjusting the height, which is a huge improvement over manual models.

This standup desk exceeded my expectations. It was easy to install following the detailed instructions. I was concerned after watching the installation video about having a 2-piece desk top that needed to be assembled together but my unit actually came with a single desk piece that is pretty thick and sturdy. The finish is very nice and matches my office decor. The motor is very powerful and moves my desk up and down with ease. If you're on the fence on this one I highly recommended it for the price and ease of assembly and use. As an Amazon Vine Voice, I provide unbiased reviews of products most people would need or want.
