I’ve bought these smart toilets off Wayfair for projects in other brands and they were tricky to install as some the valve hit the back of the toilet, hoses kinked, had to pull one and the battery backup auto flush and flooded a bathroom despite being unplugged and water off when I had to pull one out so I’ve learned what not to do but this one was on a great sale, the back is tapered so it cleared the valve, hose didn’t kink and every feature worked as it should, the flush was powerful almost like a commercial toilet, and the plug had a built in GFCI can’t say it’s going to last for years to come but for the money it’s a good buy that I was pleasantly surprised with.

Works perfecly. The temp. of the water and seat are just right. Make sure you have plenty of room on either side to install. If you din;t have the space make sure your son-in-law is 6 feet and strong. He had to lift it up and in himself. That is not a comlaint just a heads up. My bathroom is huge but the "water closet" is not.

I have researched several smart toilets and bought two from different vendors. I can say that the smart toilet from Loniko is a great product with many features. I enjoy using it. When I had a question on connection, the customer service was very responsive and helpful in helping me connect the toilet to the water supply line. I would buy from them again.

Remote didn't work. Water pressure sound was too noisy and waiting for my plumber to separate. They said I have to bring it to ups. I don't know why I have to suffer for this broken toilet. They should come and pick it up. I still have to pay for my plumber. It's a miserable experience.

Works very well and customer service is excellent. The child insert got damaged and we have 2 great grand and another onthe way so the seaat is needed as the regular oval seat is a bit large. They sent a new one in only a few days, hard to beat that

This came with a punctured/cracked toilet set. I contacted the manufacturer as per Amazon and was told a new seat would be sent. That was 2 weeks ago and still have not received it and no replies to my inquiries.

I had initially left a bad product review for this item. I erased it since I have learned so much about the product. I have come to love it. there is still an issue with a missing intelligent sensor but I am sure that problem will be resolved. it is very comfortable and very efficient and I would not hesitate to buy from this company again.
