The media could not be loaded. I’ve been using this bassinet for only 3 weeks, and it’s already proven to be a safety hazard. The unit randomly turns on and off by itself, the timer changes without being touched, and the music has started playing in the middle of the night (waking both me and my newborn). Most concerning, the swing speed changes on its own, jumping up to the highest setting (5) even when I’ve set it lower. I don’t feel safe leaving my baby in this product, and I strongly recommend avoiding it. I have multiple videos of the product malfunctioning, but I'm only allowed to put one.

The media could not be loaded. I have searched for hours for a bassinet that was electric that wasn’t $300+ and this is the ONE! Baby #2 arrives in a couple weeks and I can’t tell you how much my anxiety has gone down now that I own this. My first baby constantly wanted to be rocked or in the swing and would wake up as soon as we put him down on a flat still surface. This is such a game changer, and I’m so excited to see how the next one likes it. It rocks with 5 different speeds, not too fast but not so slow that the baby won’t even notice. It has some music choices but I just use a separate noise/sound machine. The look is super modern and nice, the quality is actually very nice for the money, and the mattress is soft! It’s like a snoo without the price tag. I have no idea how long or durable it will be over time but I will keep you updated!

The bassinet itself is nice and the screen enclosure is good. Where this item starts to fail is with its electronics and wheels. The wheels get stuck and can’t move effectively even if our baby isn’t in it. The system also randomly changes its settings. When powered on it will start music on its own or change swing speed randomly. For its price we expected better quality.

We purchased the bassinet a few months ago for our baby who was just born this month. The bassinet has already started malfunctioning . When we turn it on to rock the baby all of the features come on, and there’s a weird voice that comes on while the bassinet is on. I would not recommend this bassinet.
