This is my first electric scooter. I must say I am very impress. It is easy to put together. the build quality is sold and sturdy. The ride quality is smooth, the display screen is simple and easy to read. The brakes are very good and sensitive. the led headlights are bright and the rear brake light is bright and visible at night. comes with a little ring bell. It goes up to 20mph and fast. It also comes with a seat attachment that i havent used it but maybe for longer commute. overall i am very impress. it is fast and powerful.

The media could not be loaded. It was a great sturdy little scooter for 5 months! After a couple months the charging started to act up but would still receive a charge with a little bit effort plugging it in and out and jostling it around. This was already after the return window so it was annoying but eventually it would still work. Suddenly today it will not receive a charge at all. I opened the bottom up to see if there was something obvious wrong, because I don’t know what to do! I did see a cord set up that isn’t attached to anything but I can’t find anything missing a cord. I got this because I recently have become disabled and I need some way to walk my very active dogs. Now I have nothing to use and I’m out the money spent because it’s past the return window and the seller doesn’t offer product support! Terrible business practice don’t buy this!

And assembly is simple, just do chair.shopping basket and steering frame.I love its seat cushion , which is big enough and soft. About the battery, it can run average 13miles on a full charge, of course it depends on your weight. It’s enough for daily use for me . The appearance is beautiful, and the speed mode is much faster like the sports mode. For the price point, a great first offer. However, it only could proform 50% output versus advertised. I weight 145 and my son is 125 lbs. On a straight away, the fastest we could get it was 12.5 mph and 14.8 on a significant down hill. Other than that, it has a decent battery capacity.
