My 7 year old says it is his favorite gift ever! You have to be rolling in order for it to coast and I can't seems to find how to 'turn it on' other than starting it up and riding it. He has fun none the less. We will be sure to keep it inside for safe keeping out of the weather.

    • The sensor of right wheel doesn't work 7 months later than purchase date
Honestly, it is a bad deal although it is not expensive. We bought this tool on July 15, 2019, it is a gift for my son's birthday. It is fun, and my son loves it. Unfortunately, it stopped working last week (middle of Feb, 2020), so totally its lifetime is 7 months. We noticed the return window closed on Aug 17, 2019. So we can't return it per the policy. Not sure if there is service for repairing and what the cost is. The problem is easy to describe. Its left wheel still works, it senses the pressure on the surface and rotates normally. But the right wheel doesn't rotate anymore. Not sure if the problem is caused by sensor or motor. ... show more

Edited from a 1 star. After researching the internet, it turns out that this Scooter is a "kick-start" electronic scooter. This should have been advertised and a video showing how to start it would've been helpful. You must start by kicking off onto the scooter, going about 1-2 mph, and then from there step on the start button. Only then will momentum start the scooter. The lights don't have a off and on switch. They stay on until it turns itself off. Otherwise, my nephew loves the scooter now that we've figured out how to operate it correctly. ... show more
