Purchased this scooter for my 4yr old grandson as a Christmas present. A week after Christmas it would not charge and stopped working. I returned it on Jan 6th via UPS and status as of Jan 24th still shows “return will once item is returned”. There is no way of contacting someone regarding this issue. So use precautions before you decide to buy.

My granddaughters love these! I would definitely I have a 9 &7 year old granddaughter and I got them each one for Christmas this year 2025 and they loved them. I feel that they are to small for them, these scooters are for smaller kids in my opinion. They go approximately 5mph and they have good safety features, I gave 4 stats because they state that their ok for 9 year olds but my 7 year old granddaughter barley fits this machine and she is normal size other than she's as tall as her 9 year old sister
