Absolutely horrible customer service. Received scooter. Was Christmas present. Put together. Worked fine twice. Then stopped working and got E6 error message. You cannot return this through Amazon. Just FYI, for anyone thinking about purchasing one. You have to go through VOLPAM. So contacted them. They wanted to send me some kind of new wiring kit to fix the scooter. It’s brand new. So I said no. So then they offered to give me a label to send it in to get a refund. Except that they will not pay for the packaging. Scooter is not a cheap thing to package up to send back. They do not stand by their product. They should’ve sent a new one to replace. No questions asked. Just like most products on Amazon will do. Or you can return via Kohl’s, etc. to get your refund. Never purchasing anything from this company again.

Easy to put together and goes pretty fast (at least for a kid). My 8 year old loved it and my husband (182lbs) and I (150lbs) both tried it out as well! It has 3 different speeds you can set it too with a digital screen and it even shows the battery life on the screen! Battery life last awhile! Would definitely recommend this electric scooter! The price is not bad at all for a good quality electric scooter.
