If something warrants a negative start rating.... well you found it! I've had mine less than a month and the brake light fell off, the wire in the handle bars came with damage. The "shocks?" that they claim to have in the rear are all but unless. I've had to tighten up every bolt, numerous times already and the old scooter I bought this one to replace is still doing better at performance, other than the bald tires. -4 on starts ... show more

Terrible. Absolutely terrible. I bought one for my son. Recieved it.... within 1 minute of him riding it, it through a code that we could not fix. I requested a replacement. I got that one he rode it for a couple mins to make sure no.codes were thrown... a couple days later we rode it again it went down 1 bar we put it on charger and it didn't move, figured maybe it wasnt dead enough. Couple days later he got it again it got down to 1 bar. It was put on charger a couple hours later it still said 1 bar, we tried a different outlet and nothing changed.. we even tried a different charger and taking it to a different house and still it wouldn't charge. I tried to get a refund and I was told. " Because we have already shipped 2 scooters to you and hope vou can understand the scooter is not cheap. So i have no right to re- fund to you. I need to ask my boss"..... YEAH ITS NOT CHEAP!!! Thats why I want a refund 2 scooters and neither have worked. THANKFULLY AMAZON CUSTOMER SERVICE has given me the option for a full refund.. This electric scooter was purchased for my wife… but let’s be honest, it’s now a shared family asset. My teenage daughter quickly claimed her turn, and somehow it still survives them both. 😄 The 500W motor has plenty of zip, zooming here and there, and the 18-mile range means fewer arguments about who drained the battery. The battery lasts quite a while. The dual rear suspension and 8.5-inch solid tires handle bumps like champs, and it folds up easily when someone “definitely wasn’t riding it last.” Sturdy, fast, and way more fun than expected—this scooter gets stolen in our house for all the right reasons.🛴 ... show more

If I could I would rate this a minus zero. This is the worst purchase that I've ever made from Amazon. Bought it for my grandson as a Christmas gift. Starting from day one it barely held a charge, can only make it to the corner. Being that it was a gift, I set it up, put a bow on it and threw out the box. My return label was through UPS only and they wanted to charge me $170.00 for the box. Now I am stuck with a scooter that is in my garage collecting dust. ... show more

Within 4 months the back brake cover broke. The most worrisome part was the screws that hold the handle bar on came out during a ride and were lost!!! Very dangerous!
