As soon as my husband bought himself a scooter, I immediately knew I wanted one too. The only issue with his scooter was that it was too heavy for me. So, he bought me this one – and I absolutely love it! I won’t go on about how cool it looks, because that’s obvious. What really matters is how comfortable it is to use and, most importantly, how light it is. I can manage it completely on my own. If I need to take it on a train or carry it up the stairs, it’s no problem at all! I also love how easy it is to fold – it becomes very compact when needed. It accelerates quickly and climbs hills effortlessly (though I’m not heavy enough to give it much trouble anyway, lol). Overall, I’m extremely happy with it. And by the way, it came fully assembled except for the handlebars, which only required a few bolts to screw on. Very convenient! ... show more

Terrible. Absolutely terrible. I bought one for my son. Recieved it.... within 1 minute of him riding it, it through a code that we could not fix. I requested a replacement. I got that one he rode it for a couple mins to make sure no.codes were thrown... a couple days later we rode it again it went down 1 bar we put it on charger and it didn't move, figured maybe it wasnt dead enough. Couple days later he got it again it got down to 1 bar. It was put on charger a couple hours later it still said 1 bar, we tried a different outlet and nothing changed.. we even tried a different charger and taking it to a different house and still it wouldn't charge. I tried to get a refund and I was told. " Because we have already shipped 2 scooters to you and hope vou can understand the scooter is not cheap. So i have no right to re- fund to you. I need to ask my boss"..... YEAH ITS NOT CHEAP!!! Thats why I want a refund 2 scooters and neither have worked. THANKFULLY AMAZON CUSTOMER SERVICE has given me the option for a full refund.. I’m 220 lbs and this scooter carries me easily with no issues. The 500W motor is strong and smooth, reaching 19 mph, and the battery lasts close to the promised 18 miles. The dual rear suspension and 8.5” solid tires make rides super comfortable, even on rough roads. I love the LED display, cruise control, and smart app. I can lock it and check speed or battery anytime. It folds quickly, brakes perfectly, and the lights are bright for night rides.
