I have bad knees and where I live, I have to park about 3 blocks from my house every night. The street parking closer to my house is already full when I get home from my night shift job which is usually around midnight. This e-scooter is a game changer for me. It saves my knees from further pain and damage from walking too long. It has 3 ride modes, 1. Comfort, 2. Eco, 3. Sport. I keep it in sport mode because it seems to be a more stable of a ride for me. It has an app that has cruise control for those long rides. The brakes work for both front and rear and also has a headlight and rear light for the brakes. It has an optional seat that can be easily installed. Overall, I love this e-scooter for what I use it for. For the price it's worth it for the range which is up to 22 miles depending on the rider's weight and ride mode. Very happy with this purchase! ... show more

I got this for my 11 years old son. As kids around our neighborhood likely all has these electric scooters. We are seeing kids riding these scooters around our community everyday. This is my son's first electric scooter and he is kind of nervous to get on it. This scooter is really well built. It is solid and the ride is smooth.(Well, to me, not to my son) It is nice and powerful. I really didn't try it on those severe high hills so I can't tell how well this scooter deal with hills. I have no issues with all our neighborhood's high curve side walks. Speed is definitely considered really fast to us because we are only riding around the neighborhood. Good in size. They weight should be fine with most of gentlemen, but I do feel very heavy with me and my 11 years old. Overall, we had lots of fun with this and is now using it frequently for mailbox, rides to the community park and to the friends house who also in the same community. My husband carries our 4 years old son with this scooter on his off days. Together they are about 200 pounds total, and this scooter handles really well. It didn't got slow down or anything. We are really enjoying it and is considering getting a second one for the family. ... show more

    • Stopped working after 30 days
I have boughten 3 of these. The first two were a gift for Christmas and lasted a few months . So I purchased a replacement and with in 32 days of purchase the 3rd one died. We followed the trouble shooting on The website and was unable to fix it. We tried to call the number on website and the number is out of service. The website is in Chinese. I’ve sent an email and waiting for a response. The return window is 30 days and we are outside of the return window by a week. We bought another one from Best Buy and so far it’s been working better than these. I don’t recommend buying these unless you’re ok with them only working for a short period of time. ... show more

I've enjoyed using it for several weeks. Battery lasts and the speed can be adjusted to suit your comfort level. The ride is a bit bumpy but these are solid rubber tires, so that is to be expected. Im in my 70's so I put a seat on it as i initially was concerned about falling. Truth is I sometimes stand (even with the seat on) and have not had a problem. ... show more

Great starter model I can get to school fairly quick. I does not handle steep hills, but I dont mind a little walking. It could have better suspension. The app does not function well.

    • Good price, but hurts my knees on bumps
This scooter has a low price, but there is no amortization, and you feel strongly on your knees every small bump. Had to return it and buy one with amortizations and bigger tires that absorb more the bumps. Per se it is cute as a first scooter to make experience, or for a young person.
