Why did you pick this product vs others?: The Joyhis JS03 is a great scooter for beginners. It’s affordable, feels durable, and looks sleek. It arrived quickly and was almost fully assembled—just had to screw in a few parts, and it was good to go. The ride is smooth, the speed is solid for daily use, and the battery lasts long enough for regular commutes. It’s easy to handle, even if you’re new to electric scooters. One small issue is that it can get stuck in P mode, but easy to resolve if you’re familiar with how to reset it. The electronic fence can also be a bit sensitive if you move out of range, so be careful Overall, it’s a great value—easy to use, dependable, and perfect for first-time riders. Ease of use: The ride is smooth, the speed is solid for daily use, and the battery lasts long enough for regular commutes. It’s easy to handle, even if you’re new to electric scooters.

You definitely get your money's worth! While I've only been able to get it up to 17mph, it really does help if you're in a walkable area and has a long battery life. My car was in the shop for 3 weeks and I used it to get around campus where I work and even about a mile radius outside of campus (I could've gone farther but it was way too hot and I was too nervous since I don't know the area). It rides smoothly. It's lightweight enough to fold and carry up stairs. I slapped a basket on it and it's been perfect. The app also has a parking mechanism where it locks the front wheel so no one can turn it on and ride it off or even roll it away! I wish there were better locks for scooters that couldn't be cut but I can take it into the office or stores with me and just fold it up so it's not a big deal. The only con is that it really STRUGGLES going uphill. I get maybe a max of 5mph if I'm already going full speed (17mph, not 19mph) but she really fights to get up there. Definitely recommend this if you're in a walkable area and need to get around. It's worth the price.

10/10 I absolutely LOVE this scooter! I got it for my daughter so she can go to work and back home (we live in a small town) and it works wonders! Has headlight and break like so she’ll be safe on the road. It’s very smooth riding and the size of it is great! Big stepping area so you can comfortably move your feet if needed. It was easy to put together cause it only took a few screws. The battery lasts for a good while and it comes fully charged!

I just moved to a new apartment and got this scooter to help me commute to work. It does a great job getting me there fast. It goes pretty fast and although I don't usually go full speed it is nice that the power helps me go up hills with ease. The battery seems to work well. I've never had a problem with it dying when I needed tor use it. I specifically bought this scooter over others because it hooks up to my phone. This is such a cool feature and I love how much data it gives me. Overall an awesome scooter!

The media could not be loaded. I got this electric scooter for my son, who’s a young teenager. This scooter is just the right size for him. The scooter is consider as a small but it’s good enough any teenagers or smaller size adults. It’s very light weight. My son is enough to carry it upstairs and downstairs all by himself. There are a few different modes of speed. It’s easy to operate -simply press the on button , set the mode as you wish and go slowly. Once you get the hang of it, you can move easily from one end to another and speed up as you wish. it’s perfect for quick trips like going to pick up groceries, or hang out with friends in the community . Overall, it’s super convenient and practical.
