The media could not be loaded. This is a great scooter. For the price, there are a lot of features. First and foremost, the speed is great as well as the battery life. You can drive it for a descent distance. Going to the grocery store is no problem. A nice feature is that the headlight turns on when it is dark. It also has a brake light. Two options I really like whe n my son used it (we will see if I get to keep it). Setup was also super easy. I don't think it even took 10 minutes. I was very excited when this product came early for Christmas. I put it together rather quickly. To be honest it was quite easy to install. Sadly, this scooter was not only very defective, upon further inspection several of the pieces were either chipped or cracked. The scooter rode great for 15 min. Then it shut down with a malfunction. I emailed megawheels and explained my situation. They sent me out a brand new scooter. Also they provide the box and shipping label. They were great. I would definitely recommend the scooter.

LOVE THIS SCOOTER! It was beyond easy for putting together. 6 screws and you’re done. It gets up to 15mph with me on it, it’s nice to ride along my kiddos on their bike rides. The lights are awesome, I am by a busier road on one side - safety first. Minor learning curve but it’s definitely worth the price - it’s not even that expensive. This is my first electric scooter and I am pretty impressed. I like how you can connect the scooter to the app and view data such ad battery life and the amount of time the scooter was used. You can also use the app the lock the scooter, set scooter speed, and turn on the lights among other things. The scooter goes a decent speed on flat areas ( I am around 175 pounds). I wish it had more power to go up steeper hills (not really built for that). I love how it has headlights and brake lights that automatically come on in dark places. You can also turn them on via the app or the button on the screen of the scooter. You can view measurements in MPH or kilometers per hour on the screen of the scooter. The break lights blink when you press on the break handle. The scooter does a good job of breaking. It does take hours to charge. This is a great gift idea for teenager or adults with a nice price tag. I do recommend wearing a helmet while using this scooter or any other motorized vehicle. ... show more

Less than 3 months after purchase, the scooter does not start. I bought it for my son, who used it to ride around the neighborhood with his friends, no heavy usage. He was very good about charging it after use. One day it just wouldn't power on. That was it. There's no customer service number to call and product support is poor.
