Extremely sad that this product is being allowed to be sold through Amazon. The description states it will go up to 25 mph yet when you get the scooter you find out that the manual says 15 mph but when you ride it even my wife at less than 140 lbs couldn't get it to go faster than 11 mph. I have had this scooter for over a month now,I love it.It is easy to assemble.It has a very nice clean display that is easy to read while riding. The controls are simple, and between single and double click you can choose your riding mode and turn your lights on and off, with additional features being set in the app. It does fold for travel and it has a latch above the rear wheel cover. There are reflectors for safety especially at night. The acceleration is decent and the top speed is quick without being unsafe. Thanks to the 10" pneumatic wheels the ride is pretty comfortable, way more so than the scooters I have which have either one or two solid tires. so they “swallow” the bumps that I go over. Also the build quality is top notch and the size of the scooter overall is generally good, I'm 5'8",190lbs and I don't feel cramped in the least. ... show more

As the other reviews state, it only goes 15 mph. This is false advertising. For a scooter that goes 15 mph, it’s alright, but avoid this company and avoid this scooter if you want decent torque and speed.

I bought three of these as Christmas gifts in November 2023. One never worked straight out of the box. Took the second one my first long ride. ( a 1.5 mile trip) over this past weekend and it stopped working halfway through. Customer service is a joke. They wanted me to pay to return the scooter to them and the cost of shipping would have been 3/4 the cost of buying the scooter. Do not buy!! Two out of the three that I purchased were lemons.     • Bad product
It only had a top speed of 15 mph and as soon as you got to 15, it would turn off. I bought two of these and the same thing happened to both of them. I understand that every now and then a bad battery will slip through quality control, but two for two is not good odds. Stay away from this product.

The scooter is nice overall. My issue is that it’s described as having a top speed of 25mph, which is untrue. It also claims to have a 500 watt motor, it only has a 350w motor.

    • Two defective scooters
My husband and I bought 2 of these for our daughters for Christmas and the battery keeps shorting out on BOTH. We thought it was a glitch with the first one, but the other one isn’t any better.

This is an amazing scooter, and it is setting a new high bar for electric scooters in this price range. It has a very solid build with a lot of considerations put into usability like the folding handlebars, auto-on headlight, frame design supporting locking... It has excellent application support with easy connectivity, plenty of battery life, and for me most importantly of all, it has a lot of torque and a nice 19mph top speed which it can hit easily. I am a huge fan of this scooter, and I would recommend it to anyone who is looking for an electric scooter for commuting, or just plain riding around for fun. ... show more
