I actually like the way these work. Simple assembly, easy to fill and use, even a light in the bottom to see what you’re putting your salt and pepper on Unfortunately I had two bits of metal fall out of mine - fortunately on a plate where I could see them and not in a bowl of soup or something. In common with a lot of sellers they ask that you contact them directly with issues but despite two emails to their customer support team with this issue (and the photos attached), I’ve received no reply at all, not even an acknowledgement. The pepper mill still works but not as effectively and obviously bits of metal falling into good is not a great attribute. But they look great on the counter and maybe mine was just an aberration.

I bought these for my daughter for Christmas and she asked for them. Once she used them she said that they were not well made and not worth the money so we returned them. Pretty though.

So, I bought these grinders on a whim, but now that we have them I’m surprised by how much I like just seeing them on our dinner table - they add a style and efficiency that’s more than welcome amid the (wonderful/crazy) chaos that is family dinnertime with two little people. My husband and I use the grinders almost daily, and thus far they’ve worked perfectly. We’ve yet to change the batteries that came with them. At first glance the little spice container looks small, but it can actually fit quite a bit - we’ve been using whole peppercorns and sea salt. The best part is that you can use it with just one hand by pressing the button - key when you need the other hand (or three) to catch sippy cups and keep little wiggleworms in their seats. Now that we know the grinders work well, we might get a couple as hostess gifts once we can hopefully get back to attending gatherings again, the packaging is nice and has a well designed crafty look.

Gave as gift for husband. We love the pair. Wanted a grinder that would do corse grind. Works great! Only reason I gave 4 stars was because we think the container that holds the salt and pepper should be bigger, and I took the bottom plastic cap off and left it off because you don’t need it and I thought it was a pain to keep putting on and off. A better design would be a shallow rubber cap, like a camera lens cover, that slips on the bottom as it would be easier that trying to get the thin plastic one to fit. But we love these grinders. Easy to use!

I bought this Electric Salt and Pepper Grinder, set of 2, as a gift for my wife for Valentine's Day. It was supposed to be a surprise but she found it earlier ( I'm a bad hider lol) so we had to celebrate 2 weeks prior lol, Long story short - she loved the gift. Happy wife - happy life! BTW, the LED light looks cool, especially when we had a dinner in the evening and stainless steel design is sleek! Highly recommend !
