I ordered the first gun from them and had issues with it. I then got a second gun from them and it stopped working after I made two 3x3 rugs!!! I have now ordered a new gun from a new vendor because I have orders to complete for people!!! I am pissed.

Actually like how smooth it ran. Smoother than the blue cut pile. But i qas unable to use it for long due to my sockets output. I think its a good product if u have the correct outlet for it..

    • WORST PURCHASE EVER
Probably one of, if not THE worst purchase i’ve ever made. For $300 you could basically call this a scam. There is no redeeming qualities about this gun that I couldn’t get from one of the blue guns you’d see people use, and those are $150 cheaper.

    • Where are the instructions?
There are not any instructions included. I’ve spent hours on YouTube looking up how to replace the scissors and needle.

    • Gun gets stuck
Device gets stuck while tufting since I got it. I didn’t start using it until months after due to getting all the other material to arrive. Sadly gun clicks and gets stuck while gears are in motion. Unable to get exchange or refund
