The bike is expensive cheap quality garbage if you dont know your way around basic wiring repair/installation. I received the Bike and after about a week and a half of using it the extra provided zip ties used to hold the motor cables out the way snapped after riding in the rain one time and let me be 100% clear not riding through a rain storm, but literally barely drizzling in a “spit storm” if you will.. causing the motor to fault error signals and not move. The process to receive a replacement? Let’s just say nightmare is a understatement. The vendor is clearly not from a English speaking background as communicating with them felt worse than talking to a fresh AI with no data. Everything was lost in translation as well as them openly showing little to zero concern about my issue. It took Amazon to have to step in like a Big Brother just to get through to them then they tried to play it off like “oh we’ve been busy” so busy that I’m just about the only review… like that sit for a minute. I took a chance, knowing this would possibly be the outcome, but now I completely understand why no one has bought from them. people like this don’t deserve to be in business. They made the whole thing feel like a cash grab if it wasn’t for Amazon A-to-Z they probably would’ve ghosted me and I would’ve been out of $3000 with no traces of anything. I eventually got the replacement wheel back on, but if you’re considering buying from them, do it with caution and it may be wise to brush up on some videos on how to do basic soldering, basic wire connections & Waterproofing connections. If you have a little or no experience at all, I’m telling you now it’s gonna be a headache. As far as everything else I won’t lie when you take the cover panels off it’s a really sexy bike and unbelievably fun to ride coming from a 48v 1000W DIY kit youll have a damn good time. The battery is a bit iffy, though. Though you get halfway decent range if you include pedal assist, the way that the battery discharges kind of scares me like you’ll be on it hard and it’ll be fine but you check your voltage and after maybe 5-10 miles of riding normally (suburban traffic) & anything over 35+ miles an hour you’re already down to 75 to 50% battery but then if you wait in a shaded area for about an hour it replenishes back up to 80 to 85% and for someone who isn’t used to that it was almost the reason I returned it…it makes it feel like you’re gonna break it at any given moment the Bike is so feels solid its just really cheap parts put into it. I was surprised when I opened it up and seeing that it was a far driver in there, but it’s one of the cheapest far drivers you can buy that specially limited for the Bike.. stock. You’ll never reach the full potential of the Bike you always cut out at around 80% of potential. My recommendation is if you do decide to buy it look to immediately upgrade the wiring harness so that it’s Bluetooth/USB compatible for tuning (fardriver), get a spare battery from freego themselves (or highly recommended for people in the US find a reputable battery supplier in the US and get a custom-made battery with high discharge) flush the brakes immediately and upgrade the tires immediately if you’re mostly on the road. As far as speed, like I said before, it’s faster than just about any bike at the same price range, which is a plus, but at the same time, a con because you’ll never achieve it, stock… so far stock I’ve reached 55mph on the display and I haven’t GPS confirmed that yet and I feel like that’s a lot of cap because even at 55 miles an hour on the display sometimes cars still pass me either I live near a lot of EX NASCAR drivers or this thing is lying!!! either way, I give it a 6 out of 10, stock but with the upgrades I’m planning on doing I can see it being a solid 9. ... show more
