Really like the value of this water heater. It fits under our kitchen sink and hooks up to our dishwasher and sink for much quicker hot water than without it. Our old one, different brand lasted five years and was almost double the cost of this one. Love that this new one is stainless steel instead of glass. I hated waiting nearly a minute for hot water to reach bathroom sink. Waste of water and heating a lot of water that was in pipe but never got used. Instead, installed this tank in cabinet under the sink. Its small size and easy connections made this relatively easy. I did have to pull in electrical from a outlet near the sink (use an electrician if you are not skilled in this, it can be dangerous). If there is a outlet in cabinet then you can use a extension cord (14gauge at least) and cut off the female end to connect to heater. 8 gallon heater Description states 15 amp breaker, instructions state 20 amp breaker. This is a BIG problem & can cause a possible fire. Description states 59 inch cord, it is barely 24 inches. Not happy about this purchase AT ALL

Purchased for the sole purpose of filling a clothes washer. Even turned all the way to high it doesn’t really add enough hot to warm the total of the washer…. Does not leak, was relatively easy to hook up and get going. Edit: Seller saw my review and has said they would give me a full refund! I haven’t received it yet, just got the message today, will keep you updated but if they do, this is great service! Re-edit- they have given me a full refund!
