So, we're a bit of a ways out for our plumber to install this, but he's seen the set-up, and said this will be an easy install, and will work great for the intended use! We have refinished a part of our basement, and put in a whirlpool tub. Because of the space we had, of course we needed the largest one we could find. (Ok, calling the hubby out-he needed the biggest!;) What we didn't consider was that we would run out of hot water in our old house, before it was fully filled. I was so excited when I found this, didn't even know these existed! Our plumber will be installing this in our downstairs bathroom to quickly heat the water to finish filling the tub! My husband is handy, but refuses to attempt anything with the plumbing, bless his heart!🤭 We are set for install in about two weeks, I will update my review once we can put it in use. So far, we are incredibly happy with this find! ... show more

    • Easy install - gets HOT
I got this little unit for my workshop to have hot water in my sink area. I had initially installed it under the sink and it works well, providing very hot water which I had to turn the temperature down so it would not scald me. However, the unit itself gets very hot as well. I was uncomfortable leaving it under the sink in the enclosed area and attached to a wooden wall of a very old, dry wooden structure. Even if it would not have gotten hot enough to cause a fire or burn anything down, it would be easy to forget how hot it gets and accidentally place a plastic jug of some chemical under the sink next to it and have to deal with a big mess. I have since moved it to above the sink and attached it to a tiled area and will revisit putting it under the sink with some additional built-in precautions. The connections are not the best quality but they are easily swapped out with connections from your local hardware store. Installation was pretty straightforward. ... show more

Only connected for a few days, but so far I'm very pleased. Works Great for shop sink. way better than cheap instant on heater. If you only have 110v power this is the way to go. Plenty of Hot water to wash hands thoroughly. Reheats pretty quick. Initially tried a tankless unit for about the same money which was disappointing - both performance and construction. In comparison this POXURIO mini-tank seems very well built, easy to install, with clear instructions. So far, highly recommended! ... show more
