I received this 2.5-gallon electric mini tank water heater today, and my first impression is quite positive. The packaging was solid and protective, but do be careful during unpacking, there are a few small parts (like screws and washers) that could easily get lost if you're not paying attention. The unit itself has a boxy shape, which I initially thought might make it harder to place, but the included hanging bracket changed my mind. I was able to mount it neatly under the sink and keep it out of the way. It's straightforward to set the temperature using the front dial, and I appreciate how simple the design is. One thing to note: this unit doesn't come with a remote control, which some others do. Personally, I don’t think that’s a drawback unless you plan on mounting it very high on a wall. For under-sink or floor-mounted use, a remote would be unnecessary. It looks like it comes with everything needed for a typical install, including a safety valve and 1/2" NPT fittings. I haven’t fully tested its performance yet, but for initial setup and usability, I’m impressed so far. I'll update if anything changes, but right now this seems like a solid choice for RVs, small bathrooms, or kitchens where instant hot water is needed. ... show more

It comes in good size and if it only gives you 2.5 gallons of hot water, I buy it for my pedicure chair and I stay perfect I am just dandon4 star because it has a small liqueo where one drains the water and we put the white ribbon on it and I squeeze it again , and it continues to leak a drop but with a rag nothing happens there. It was easy to connect it so the water and electricity works super easy and the water becomes very hot. ... show more

This is not a household hot water tank. This is for washing dishes and maybe world's fastest shower if you can take a very lukewarm shower. It is great for areas outside the house that need hot water but adding to the system would be hard to do. This will not reheat quickly. It takes almost an hour to get very hot water. This was expected for us as we've had small tanks in the past. It works well. We're happy with the quality of the parts and pieces. Would buy again if we end up moving and need another hot water heater in the shop. ... show more
