I can appreciate the fact that this product is a reliable tool in the cases it needs to be used in, however, it functions just as well as a deterrent or a herding instrument as the noise it produces usually gets things to moving. I would say it holds an impressively long charge and it isn't too heavy so walking around with it isn't a burden. I’m too chicken to try it on myself so I cant speak on the shock itself but it seems to be working just fine. Great price for the tool!

This device works great for chasing pests out of my garden. I don't even have to touch them with it, just the sound of the device chases them away. The device is really easy to use, and the battery lasts a long time. It has plenty of reach if you do need to touch a critter and stay out of harm's way.

Good quality cattle prod is decent and feels durable. It is a priceless tool to keep the extra annoying livestock back while feeding or working the fence. And it delivers plenty of power to get animals on the move in a hurry. It can be used for a longer time with 5000mAh larger battery and there's a battery level indicator that lets you know when it's time to charge the device. Overall a good product that's easy to use.

It works to reduce negative or aggressive behaviors in animals. I wish it had a knob or button to adjust the levels of electricity from high, medium, and low. There needs to be a battery icon to monitor the amount of charging that the battery needs to be charged or not; this is a guessing game.
