The media could not be loaded. Wow! I bought this product for my old dull kitchen knife set from a major brand name that I will not say here whose knives were not supposed to go dull. HMM. This product was so easy to use. I sharpened eight steak knives in 10 minutes. Some comments on reviews here said the machine was noisy to use. I did not find that to be the case. There is a normal humming because you are sharpening metal which you can hear in the video . Instructions were easy to read and understand the machine overall is very simple to use and bottom line it works.! I can eat steak again without using knives that are as dull as a tongue depressor.! Great product I would recommend it

It’s sharpened my knives, but I wish the Motor was a little stronger I would have paid them a little more money if they offered another one with a stronger motor, but the unit does work and it did sharpen my knives better than other sharpeners. I have tried or with the standard sharpening stones so I can’t complain about the job it did, like really sharp knives to cut your chicken breast down to nice chicken cutlets or slice a roasted turkey or chicken This knife sharpener will do the job of getting your knife to that sharpness so I am pleased with my purchase

I was hesitant to buy, but glad I did. I sharpen over 20 knives effortlessly, plus bread kives. I took care to pull the the blades through evenly with minimal pressure and according blade shape. I went through each stage and cleaned. The biggest item was inserting at the base to get started as that's where you could put to much pressure and see a very small round grinding spot. I took me a few trys to get comfortable. My kitchen knives are sharper than when new. I tried kitchen scissors which are different and required more technique.
