Pleasantly surprised. After replacing my Suburban Water heater twice in my trailer, I took a shot with this one. I'm a full-time static RVer and the Suburbans would leak over time. (I don't use propane) Although the connections were simple in concept, the supplied braided supply lines were not the right size for my application. It took multiple attempts to get the right ones to connect via SharkBite to the pex piping under the kitchen sink cabinets. No fault of this unit .. just typical RV plumbing challenges. But once it was all connected, I was very happy. I leave the dial in the ON 125° position because it's under the counter and a bit difficult to reach. I only plug the unit in when I want to use it. I connected it to a heavy-duty extension cord and I plug it into the GFCI in the kitchen. Must plug it in cleanly and quickly to prevent tripping the GFCI so line up properly and push. Heat up takes about 7 minutes. That's all. It's a 3.5 gallon tank which gives me about a 5 minute shower. That's really all I need. I unplug it when I'm done. I can't speak to its longevity but truthfully, at this price .. if it wears out I'll just get another. It will now be plug and play. ... show more

Water heater worked for 1 month perfectly, then stopped. No more hot water. I have reached out to their support website twice with no response. It’s a shame because I really wanted to like it and I almost never leave negative reviews. I am still hopeful that someone will reach out to help fix it.

It works. I’ve used it for a year. It’s enough for a decent shower or semi shallow bath. The fasteners it came with for hanging the heater are junk. Just fold up instead of penetrating into a hole. I used a pair of HD hooks and that worked. All in all I’m happy with it as the primary source of HW in my small rural house. It’s not a power hog. Electric consumption is minimal and temp can be set to very hot without burning out the element. Haven’t needed to service the element but it appears easily accessible ... show more

This little hot water heater is AWESOME!!! Our elderly Mom moved in with our family and we have 5 people in the house now. We live in the Colorado mountains in a small cabin and our original hot water heater was just too small to keep up with 5 people in the house showering along with doing the dishes. We are so glad we took the step to try this out because it has literally been a game changer in our house. It takes about an hour to heat up to your desired temperature and you can literally have a full shower. I can't say you can turn it on full blast the whole time but if you are frugal you can literally take a full shower. We are thankful they make these little hot water heaters, especially ones you can just plug in and be up and running instead of having to wire it into your electrical. ... show more

Very easy to install. I had to go to a plumbing supply store and for $6 bought the adaptor I needed. Once I had that it was as simple as connecting garden hoses. I love the instant hot water! One of my best purchases this year!

Came in a little slow with shipping being 3 weeks and it was hard to find these in stock but these are very good. My water heater went out in my camper so I bought one of these and they are very much worth the price. The hot water works great and fast .
