A very good (almost excellent) electric guitar for a very low reasonable price. At this price point you can even make a few upgrades and some minor tweaking and you will have a very nice electric guitar. (Optional) I usually add in new heavy duty 250k pots and a 0.47 (or 0.22 see what sounds best) Orange Drop vintage capacitor. Also a treble bleed at the output jack. Also in proper polarity “N S NS” or “S N SN” depending on how your pickup’s are set up, (add in what sticks best on each pickup, but be careful neodymium magnets are highly attractive and will break in pieces if they jump to each other. The distance of each pickup is enough to prevent this from happening. Once you are happy with the overall sound quality add some silicone glue between pickup and magnet to permanently install) I add to each a Neodymium bar magnet 5 X 15 X 50mm (or 3 X 15 X 50mm) at the bottom of each pickup (or replace all pickups with higher quality) it will add some weight. On this guitar I will add in all gold parts. It is worth it because overall the “bones” quality is there, it has a very nice clear coated neck that is rounded at the neck where it slightly overlaps the pick guard, a desirable quality feature. Mostly the neck is very nice and feels great, playable, but will still need some minor fret dressing. (To carefully take down those sharp edges on a few of the frets, a “3 sided emery board” to shape buffer and smooth nails will due) The action as received is very nice and Low (I’m keeping to 9 or 10’s strings, as any heavier E string will buzz on the fret. I will be adding a few better designed gold T string retainers. And I will block the tremolo snug for best string sustain. Oh, the guitar will needed to have some intonation work at the bridge to sound it’s best. (Thank you, YT for all those helpful fix-it vids) No super or major complaints that can not be fixable on this beautiful bright medium yellow, almost vintage with a very slight light yellow green tint, that has some wow factor to it. A keeper! This Bullfighter guitar is Highly recommended for beginner to intermediate with basic fix and tweaking skills or have it setup at a competent guitar shop.

Had an Amazon gift card and was looking for a purple guitar so I bought this Bullstar D150 Super Strat because it fit my budget. What a surprise with this guitar! I have quite a few low cost Amazon guitars, so I'm not a stranger to having to do a lot of setup to get a guitar good, but this one was really good out of the box. Unlike most low cost guitars I couldn't find a single blemish in the finish, which is hard with a metallic paint. The quality of construction was great, and I really like the shark tooth fret markers, double humbucker pickups, and high quality hardware. The fret ends needed dressing, but I've bought what I would call expensive guitars that were the same. This is something I can do myself so this was not a big deal. The guitar played and sounded great out of the box, and the company was a pleasure to deal with.As a bonus the gig bag and accessory kit were also top notch, with everything you need including extra strings, a tuner, a cleaning microfiber cloth, picks, an actual nice cable, and the best truss rod wrench I've ever seen. Nice work Bullstar! I may have to get a red one and a blue one as well.

This guitar is your typical made in a factory with cnc machines etc…. But its quality is better than most , I own a donner, caline, mono price, etc and this is one of the nicer ones of those . The neck is slim and has low small frets , could be a deal breaker for some . As all said before , I’ve owned two of these and they both came with modern bridge not classic style. My only complaints are the material under pick guard , the sloppy painted on dots , and the amount of buffing compound left on frets and board … all minor for at the time of purchase $80 guitar! These sound amazing with a pair of fender classic tele pickups in it and some better pots . All in all very cheap and affordable choice for new musicians and modders !

5 stars - for price, features, and size It is a light guitar, so very comfortable It has a FR bridge, and it works well The pickups are not bad, they do chug The guitar came in good shape, the frets werebjust a tad sharp but not horrible, the action level was playable and at good hight, and it played well. I will replace the tuners for better ones in the future. For a beginners it is great, for others is a good guitar and it will be better with some improvements here and there. But for the price, it is great

This guitar is great! Sounds good and plays good and is very well built! Change the strings to anything better than what comes with it - they are pretty terrible! This is great for a beginner, a mod platform, or even a backup or knock around guitar. It really is that good! The guitar is great, but Amazon not so much. This my 2nd review because tge 1st didn't meet "community standards"!! I have no idea why not - it was a very positive review, no bad words or suggestive comments or anything... Beats me! But anyway, just buy the guitar already!

I was worried with some of the reviews but it's in great condition and holding its tune and the playability is great; now I just have to restart learning how to play lol. Pairs great with the Rowin PE-10 and all its sound effects. I still have to learn the switching and tone knobs.

My husband wanted a project guitar & the price was right. It was a very pleasant surprise. It is beautiful, there were only a few high frets easily fixed. The only other "fix" was replacing the pickups with some reasonable but excellent quality fleor alnico 5's. It plays comfortably and has a great telecaster sound. It was a happy surprise, the cheap unknown brand guitar has turned out to be a favorite.
