This fence is well made and it was easy to set up. It works really well, it keeps our chickens in, our cats and other animals out. It is also very easy to move to a different area if you want to. I think it's a good value and I am happy with my purchase.

I bought three rolls of premier netting years ago, and it is a nightmare to work with. It tangles easily and catches every little twig on the ground, impossible to untangle without two people, heavy, the posts bend, tangles in your feet if you have to walk over it (I've fallen numerous times) and it is too short because my one goat can just leap over it without touching. I finally decided to try this, and I can’t believe how much nicer it is and easier to work with. I bought one roll and after I put it up around the yard and watched the goats for a day I immediately ordered another and may order a third roll. I believe this is longer also than most at 164. the double spikes and posts are sturdy, it tangles a little but something about it lets it untangle without much effort and it doesn't catch on itself the way the premier did. Much lighter to work with so I'm not exhausted putting it up or down. my goat can't clear it. And the price is good. Gloves are useless unless you like to get zapped and I'm not sure what the little green spikes are for. but the plastic sign is nice. Update - been using for a couple weeks now, put the 2nd one up and may order a 3rd for a spare. I had some stray dogs come into my yard last week and watched as the one tried to push through it and got zapped. Ran away yelping. I have it up around my driveway now for days I don't expect anyone. then can quickly and easily take the section down to drive through on weekdays. If I'm lucky, I won't have to mow or weed wack all summer!

This electric portable fence offers great value for the price and provides a decent length for creating a temporary barrier. It’s easy to set up and works well for keeping animals contained. However, the netting feels a bit flimsy, so I’d recommend being cautious with larger or more aggressive animals. Overall, it’s a solid option for light-duty use or as a temporary solution.

The fence is well constructed, but as another reviewer stated the gap of 3 1/2“ x 6“ means chickens can walk straight through as mine have done on numerous occasions over the last two days, my solution was to add some nylon fence netting onto the existing electric fence using zip ties (and patience) which is frustrating to sat the least, and chasing chickens is no fun as anyone can tell you , So I don’t recommend this fence for chickens or anything smaller than say, a midsize animal, like goats or pigs, however it works well with the energizer and is very easy to put up - in brief a good fence, but not for chickens.

I use these to rotate forage areas for my goats. They are large boers & they've never once tested these fences beyond a poke on the nose. Used with a solar box that I believe was the size for a 30 mile fence if I remember right & it's been great. Very easy to move & set up, even 1 person. I have 4 I can link right in to their regular 4 strand pen (3 acre) & make different areas I want them to clear. I run the entire system off the one solar box. The clamps on these fences make them super fast to connect together. I definitely recommend & will be using more around my garden & orchard in the spring! I should add, I did have a buck get tangled in a section of this when I initially put it up as it was a high traffic deer area, and he put a nice hole in one entire panel. It took a little time, but it was easy enough to tie back together & continued to function properly. There is some extra repair material included.

This net is very light weight. NOT DURABLE AT ALL. Not to mention the fence is woven so loosely my 2 yr old hens walk right through the squares or opening of the net fence.

I was impressed with the strength of the upright vertical posts. They have a solid steel rod. Embedded in an insulated fiberglass casing. The quality of the net is equal to anything else that I've seen. And I have tried several different other brands, with a greater expense. As far as installation, no different than anything else. These fences can be very cumbersome when doing Installing by yourself or in a wooded area. Other than that works great to keep my pigs, my sheep. My goats, my poultry, where they need to be. All in all, i'm giving it five stars all the way. These fences can be very difficult. Don't blame the manufacturer.
