The media could not be loaded. This electric drum set will surprise you with its performance. For the price, it is definitely a great deal when it comes to all you would need to start your classes. My wife got crazy to make kids learn drums, and so after searching for all the economical options, I ended up with this. This is a budget combo and not fair to compare this with expensive options that cost 3-5 times more than this. Keeping that in mind, my 2 cents below: Pros: - Comes as a set of drums with stands, headphones & a bench - It has 44 demo songs, 180 sound options & 30 drum & other features, making it easier to self-guide - Good build quality - The sound is loud enough. I have zero knowledge about drums, and just my thoughts based on what I could get while seeing my kid learning - Has USB-MIDI connectivity for computer integration - Comes with a wired headphone in the set - Reasonably priced Cons: - You don't get additional color options with this model. Some folks might prefer a white/brown color over funkier colors Overall, it is a great product considering the price. Recommended. Worth trying for beginners and later upgrading to the costly ones when you are proficient in playing it.

Había tenido una batería electrónica para mi hijo tiempo atrás, y era más que todo una especie de pequeños pads en un sólo "lienzo de silicone", y aunque tenía buenas cosas como una conexión MIDI via USB, no tenía sensibilidad y estaba demasiado limitado. Ahora que adquirí esta pequeña batería electrónica, nos gustó mucho que aún siendo pequeña, tiene buena sensibilidad en los pads que incluye, y además que los pads tuvieran una tecnología de malla, reduciendo en gran manera el ruido que genera mientras se está tocando. Es algo que me gustó bastante. También me gustó mucho que sea recargable, aunque me hubiera gustado que trajera un cable más largo para conectarse, además de no incluir un adaptador de corriente USB. Es necesario conseguir uno. Por otro lado, me gustó mucho que tenga conexión MIDI via USB-C y de esa manera se puede conectar ésta batería a las aplicaciones de mi Mac para poder grabar en cualquier programa de grabación como Logic, Garage Band, entre tantos otros y utilizar librerías VST de otros sonidos mucho más profesionales. Los sonidos incluidos no son malos, son suficientemente buenos para practicar. El módulo de control es simple pero tiene muy buenas características tales como 30 distintos sets de batería, bastantes pistas para practicar, un metrónomo, salida de audífonos, salida para bocinas, y entrada de auxiliar para conectar algún dispositivo de audio o reproductor de MP3 o simplemente el celular. Está bastante completo. Lo que se me hizo bastante molesto, fueron los 3 platillos que incluye: Crash, Ride y Hi Hats, ya que si bien los pads son de malla reduciendo al mínimo el ruido que se genera al tocar en ellos, estos platillos si hacen mucho ruido, y es que aunque se supone que están hechos de silicone, mas bien parece un plástico bastante duro, lo cual los hace muy ruidosos cada vez que se les pega con las baquetas. Hubiera sido excelente que el área amarilla que es donde está el sensor, fuese de un material mucho más blando de silicone o hule para así reducir mucho más el ruido al pegarle ahí. Es un detalle que se debería considerar, además que el rebote no es tan bueno. En cuanto al armado me costó algo de trabajo irlo armando, ya que sus instrucciones no son tan claras como esperaba, tuve que hacer uso más del sentido común para poderlo armar, además de que algunas partes parecían no embonar como en el caso de los pads al tratar de que embonaran en los tubos. Si bien traía una pequeña llave Allen, para apretar cada área, si fue algo engorroso, y la falta de un buen gráfico claro en las instrucciones no ayudaba mucho para poderlo armar. Cabe mencionar que me gustó que incluyera un pequeño banco para poderse sentar, bastante robusto. El hecho de que tenga audífonos, pistas, y las opciones de poder conectar su propia música, a mi hijo le ha gustado mucho para poder estar practicando en ella. La recomiendo.

Set up this electronic drum kit for my 10-year-old about 2 months ago and the mesh drum pads really do provide realistic stick response that feels much better than rubber pad alternatives. The foldable design is genuinely space-saving and stores in a closet easily when not in use. The 16-pound weight makes it manageable for moving between rooms or taking to lessons. The color-coded pads help with learning and the touch-sensitive response encourages proper playing dynamics. However, the 180 sound options in the module sound pretty basic and digital - fine for practice but lacking the richness you’d want for actual performance or recording. The headphone practice feature works well for apartment living and family peace. The USB-MIDI connectivity is useful for connecting to computer software though setup required some troubleshooting. One thing that bugs me is that the hi-hat pedal feels flimsy and doesn’t provide the realistic foot control experience of acoustic drums. The 44 training songs are helpful for beginners though the quality varies and some sound dated. Assembly took about an hour following the instructions and most connections are straightforward. For the price it’s a decent starter kit that covers the basics without taking up much space. The quiet practice capability is the strongest selling point for home use. Would I recommend it? Yeah for beginners who need quiet practice options and limited space, just don’t expect professional-quality sounds or the full feel of acoustic drums.
