This is a useful gadget for making cuts on sheet material without hand snips or shears. It's mildly awkward to setup and may not fit on every drill, but if it fits on yours well, it will be useful to make quick cuts.

THE GOOD: --------------- * Genius idea, nifty tool accessory. * The cutter itself is high quality, real metal, heavy duty tool. * Comes with a handle for hammer drill type grip. * Even if you don't break down sheet metal often, this will be useful breaking down cardboard shipping boxes. THE BAD: ------------- * Instructions are not the best. I simply watched the product videos, as well as product videos of competing brands to get a sense of how the tension-rod and spring should be oriented. * The handle provided is plastic. The media could not be loaded. This is a nice little tool. Works really good. I was trying it with only one hand and it still was able to cut through the angle. Only thing I didn't like is that the support bracket is in the way of my grip I might have to mess with it to see if I can get it out of the way.

Very handy to have around the house! I used it several times cutting sheet metal for our bathroom & kitchen renovations. It hooks up really nice to our portable drill and it took a while to get used to using-- so make sure you have some extra pieces of metal laying around to practice using the tool before you need to use it on the good piece! It make cutting pieces very quickly and easily! Directions are very helpful-- I think the only thing-- is that it does not come in a handy box for storage; just a cardboard box. My boys are so jealous of my new tool! Except, I am now sharing the tool with my mechanic! He is so jealous! Great tool and works great!
