The media could not be loaded. Please Help! The Bike is not Working The bike is absolutely beautiful. We purchased it in good faith with this seller as a Christmas gift for our daughter and assembled it ahead of time so she would be surprised on Christmas morning. Once the bike was fully assembled on Saturday, 12/21/25, it would not start. We initially assumed the battery simply needed additional charging, likely due to sitting in a warehouse for an extended period. We charged it for another 12 hours and tried again the next day—unfortunately, it still would not start. We contacted the seller on Monday, hoping they would demonstrate good customer service and provide a replacement before Christmas. We even submitted a video as requested. Instead of resolving the issue, we were redirected to a third party who asked open-ended questions and offered to send a replacement battery and wiring for us to install ourselves. We respectfully declined. We are not trained to install batteries or wiring, and this is a brand-new bike that has never been ridden. We believe it is reasonable to request a fully functioning replacement, not parts that require technical installation. After declining the parts, we were informed that the company would not provide an answer until Friday. This was incredibly disappointing and felt dismissive and heartless—especially considering this was a Christmas gift. This situation is not just upsetting for us as parents; it’s disheartening for our 13-year-old daughter, who asked for only this one item for Christmas because she understood how expensive it was. We are urgently requesting help in getting a working replacement delivered before Christmas. This experience has been extremely discouraging and reflects very poor customer service.

Took some time to put together. Once you figure everything out, it's good from there. We ordered two. Both shipped and arrived a little earlier than it said. The bike is like all the other "Valtinsu EM5" Alibaba bikes. I've done my research. Just order this one. I tried buying from Alibaba this same bike, after shipping and all, it was the same price as I got here. The bike rides great, especially in third speed, fast and powerful bike. It pops a wheely easily. Also with my big butt it got up to about 35 mph or so. This is a xmas gift for the kids. They're going to love the crap out of this. Just make sure to watch some videos as well. They don't show you how to open the batter compartment (seat). You use the key one the said of the bike.. Just things like that to see how some bikes are put together. Hope this helps, this was fun to ride.. We have a second one to build as well. Since we know how now, it will be a breeze on the second one.

Couldnt pass up the $900 Black Friday sale! I was skeptical because I’ve been scammed by a different seller and the same bike. Immediately after purchasing I messaged the seller about my concerns and they responded immediately, assured me it was a real deal and even upgraded the shipping. It was at my door in 4 business days! Pretty simple to put together. My son got it for Christmas today and absolutely loves it! He’s been talking about an electric dirtbike for MONTHS and he’s so happy with this bike. Quality seems amazing, especially for the price. It’s quick with a ton of torque. I’d buy another for myself if I could afford it! I’m 5’9” and 200lbs and it quickly hits 37mph with me on it. All in all, solid buy and would buy again!

This thing is awesome. I bought it for my 11 year old son who has gotten too big for his Honda CRF50. Size wise it’s maybe a little too big for him but is manageable. I am 5’11” and 170 lbs and rode the heck out of this today when I put it together. It’s maybe a little short for me, but still easy for me to ride, probably ideal for 5 foot to 5’9”. I have a rawrr mantis 72v that costs 4x as much as this, and this thing while maybe not quite on the level of that in terms of quality, it’s really not too far behind. It has plenty of torque and plenty of power. On a flat road in front of my house I got up to 52 km/h with in just a quarter block. I spent a lot of time researching these, looked at aliexpress but Amazon is so much safer to order on, so I went this route. The seller did send a different charger for the bike and told me to discard the one it came with. All in super happy, I picked it up over Black Friday for $934 just for reference.
