This is a pretty nifty kit - it comes with SO much stuff! It is super handy for anyone needing a multi-use trimmer. It comes with a nice little organization dock situation which is really helpful, especially if you have a tendency to collect trimmer accessories. The trimmer itself is pretty light, it's not overly heavy. Comfortable to use. The battery life is as expected, it isn't the best I've had for a similar trimmer, but it is pretty good.     • Nice value trimmer kit
This kit is really nice and has everything you need. The organizing dock is a nice addition, as I tend to have trimmer accessories piled up in drawers without it. The clippers are reasonably compact and about the size and weight I anticipated. They're certainly not high-end, but they're not super cheap-feeling either. They have great battery life, a battery indicator, 5 different heads, an organizing dock, a bag, blade oil, a cleaning brush, and a comb. In terms of performance, the clippers are solid given the price. The unit is comfortable to hold, the blades worked reasonably well on any hair I trimmed, changing and cleaning the heads is easy, and the organizer is really handy. For the price, this is a solid kit, and the functionality and accessories make it a great value. If you're looking for high-end clippers, I'd look elsewhere, but if you're looking for a budget kit, look no further. ... show more

There are many shaving kits available on Amazon. This particular kit is in the "T-Blade" family, with smaller shave heads, and is best suited for functions such as beard/sideburn trimming, shaving the hair on your neck, and body shaving. This clipper is waterproof, which is great for body shaving. You can use it in the shower, and it is easy to clean after use. To operate the clipper, you slide the button on the side to "on". The charge level is displayed on an LCD screen. There's no explicit travel lock mode, but since this uses a physical slider (not a button), it's less likely to accidentally turn on if packed. My own personal primarily use case for this type of shaver is to shave my neck hair. It does a decent job for that purpose. It is not as powerful as some trimmers of this type that I've used, but it gets the job done. Contents of this kit: ** Waterproof clipper, LCD readout of battery time remaining ** Nine black plastic clipper guards for the two widths of clipper heads ** Zippered travel case ** Cheap plastic holder ** Charging cable ** AC adapter ** Cleaning brush ** Plastic comb ** Three additional clipper heads with different widths ** Nose clipper attachment ** Clipper oil The travel case is a nice bonus here. It's a good way to keep everything in one place, even if you are not traveling. The clipper works fine, and the various heads are easy to interchange and work fine. I'm glad that the different heads they include here are all variations on a clipper head. The heads are not exactly 0-gapped, so you'll want to follow up with a shaver if you want to be clean-cut right down to the skin line. The four clipper attachments work well. The nose trimmer also works well--as well as devoted nose trimmers. The replaceable heads are changed by pushing the two buttons near the base of the head and then pulling the head off. Button activation is nice as it means that you don't need to apply much force to remove any of the heads. A lot of plastic is used in the heads (see photos), which may affect long-term durability--but I didn't encounter issues during the review period. The length guides are fine--cheap, but work OK. On the whole, this is a decent kit. The clipper functionality (4 heads) plus the nose trimmer and case justify the price. I do worry about longevity of the plastic tabs on the various heads, though. Pros: ** Decent quality waterproof clipper ** Clippers and nose trimmer work well ** Travel case ** Includes clipper oil ** Uses standard USB-C charging port Cons: ** The attachments use a lot of plastic in their construction--including plastic attachment pins-- and I worry they won't hold up to long term switching ** The cheap plastic stand/holder is pretty worthless ... show more

    • Very impressed by this trimmer
I bought this to replace a 10 year old beard trimmer, and I am incredibly impressed with this kit. I have always preferred to have a relatively short beard, almost stubbly. I rarely shave and will go 1-2 weeks in between trims. I had used a Philips Norelco beard trimmer designed for that for the last decade or so, and it was clear that it was wearing out and technology had passed it by. This kit is fantastic and has been a welcome replacement for that old trimmer. It has several guards that can be easily used to trim to your selected length. It comes with a nice little bag to hold everything and a stand to store everything on your dresser if you prefer that. The battery life is great and I haven't even had to charge it yet. The display does show the percentage life remaining on the battery, which is really nice. The trimmer is strong and clearly has the power you want a trimmer to have. It isn't large and feels great in the hand. I would wholeheartedly recommend this if you are looking for a general trimmer kit! ... show more
