This bike is a lot of fun to ride! Putting it together is fairly straightforward. I was pleasantly surprised by the pep that comes from both assisted pedal and throttle mode. I've gone just over 10 miles with one bar of power still active when I got home, riding roughly half on throttle mode and half with pedal assist on a variation of the low, med, and high settings. The battery recharges in about 4 or 5 hours. The default seat isn't very comfortable, but it is easy to swap out. I bought mine to help me get back in shape and started off at around 295lbs. Throttle helps to ease back in without dying. Every single time I get done with a ride I feel like I got a really great workout, and I'm looking forward to the next ride. ... show more

    • Does not fold, look elsewhere if your serious about a good bike

We bought this bike because we thought it would be easy to fold and then lift into the trunk of our car. It was a lot heavier than we expected but that wasn’t really the problem. Once it arrived and we got it put together we discovered we couldn’t get it to fold. We had some friends over and finally with the help of four people we finally got it partially opened. After several emails back and forth with the company we figured out there were two issues, the quick release was snagging and the pivot joint was painted closed. After a lot work on our end we sort of solved the problem but basically we won’t ever again be folding the bike. It’s a hassle. Told the company I’m going to sell it at a loss and get something better, leaving them a bad review. Blaming their bad engineering. They offered a $80 bribe to not do so, blaming a shipping issue.     • Incredible bargain for a great bike (80 miles in)
Incredible budget bike after about 80 miles in. The folding aspect is great for apartments to keep it out of the way. The motor is plenty sufficient for most needs. I have taken it up some pretty steep hills and only pedaling moderately it is able to maintain 12mph. I really enjoy doing trips in about 60-65% of the Google maps estimated bike time. Literally the only thing you may want is a more comfortable seat for long rides, but honestly the standard one isn't too bad. I got a phone holder as well which is nice for directions and speed, as there is no display on this bike. I went ahead and bought a spare battery to effectively double my range, although even on high pedal assist I get over 20 miles even while carrying gear for a total weight of ~210 lbs. I did a 22 mile trip the other day as described and still had a bit of battery left at home. Mine came with some slight damage from shipping to one of the switches. They sent me out a whole new throttle assembly that I replaced in about 5 minutes. I bought this bike after a horrible experience with a big manufacturer where the bike didn't work at all and they couldn't even provide a replacement part. My experience with this bike has been vastly better for only a fraction of the cost. I would absolutely recommend this to anyone considering an ebike, especially before spending thousands on one of the more popular bikes that isn't really much nicer. ... show more

I am having so much fun with this bike! Taking my time to check out every feature and there are many. It is finely built and it rides like a gem! I find the saddle to be very comfortable, I added a couple of mirrors and an old cellphone. My TT-S3 arrived 3 days early, SWEET! Like Christmas morning arriving early! It's heavy, but I am finding it less so as I get used to it. When in motion the weight is not a factor, feels like any other bike. The price is absolutely awesome 💜 (maybe I should have one in each color 🤣🤔). Very good customer service too. That's all I need. ... show more

    • good deal? not so sure anymore
I was looking for a replacement for my Ancheer folding bike whose battery died after 5 years. A new battery would have cost around $250, so I opted for a new bike with bigger wheels and suspension. It arrived very quickly and in good condition. The basic assembly was pretty straightforward if you know what you're doing. The photos are much too blurry to help. Also, the most important information on how to hook up the battery is not included. Additionally, the power-button instructions are simply wrong (Correct should be: button flush-power on, button sticking out - power off) Very disappointingly, the disk brakes are not working properly, i.e. after countless tweaks, they're still rubbing. It seems the actual disk may be warped. Also, the gears are totally out of whack, misaligned, and make crunchy sounds in almost every setting. In addition, the battery hanging in a flimsy bag from the handlebar and the motor attached in a plastic housing on the outside of the frame are less than ideal and result in a forward center of gravity, which may become a serious problem on downhill rides. My old bike had the battery and motor concealed inside the frame and a much lower center of gravity. I have not taken the bike on any longer than around-the-block rides because of the crunchy gears and rubbing breaks, yet the motor seems powerful. At this point, I will have to take it to a bike shop and spend at least an additional $100 for a tune-up. Overall, I would not recommend the bike unless you're willing to spend time and effort in tuning and potential repairs upon arrival. ... show more

Came with scratches not happy about that. Pretty deep scratches . Will update after my first ride UPDATE: Customer service did compensate for a small fee for scratches. I have not rode the bike yet still putting it together. Praying all goods well. Will keep you updated

I use this bike for my daily work commute and it’s been great. The pedal assist lets me choose how much effort goes into the ride. Also, customer service has been top-notch answering any questions I may have. I definitely recommend!

    • Waste of money
1 week of having the bike i received a flat tire and replaced the tube. The company emailed me wishing to reimburse me on the purchases i told them it was fine since it was about 15$ for the tube and patch kit. Then 2 days later my back tire no long spins when the throttle is twisted. Please make smart decisions when purchasing this bike, i ride a total of 3miles 5 days a week and after a total of 15 miles i get a flat and after a total of 21 miles the back tire no longer spins when the throttle is twisted?
