This e-bike really surprised me with its sustainability and quality, really a game changer! After doing ton of research on getting a e-bike for my commute, I finally decided on this pikabike electric bike. Sure there are cheaper options out there, but most of them only have a range of around 20 miles. However, this bike can ride up to 45 miles and more! As someone who don't like to charge frequently, this one definitely caught my eye with it's riding range. I also prioritize long lasting capabilities and safety of the battery. The last thing I want is to be stuck somewhere with my e-bike that ran out of power. With ebike, I can get the peach of mind that I will always have enough juice to go places. I was excited about this electric bike, but it’s been a complete letdown. The front wheel arrived with damaged spokes, raising safety concerns right away. The bike feels wobbly and unstable, making it feel unsafe to ride. The brakes are a major issue: I have to tighten them every day, and they’ve gotten stuck multiple times, requiring me to stop and fix them mid-ride. I nearly crashed into a wall because of this. The advertised 65-mile range is false; after just 1.5 miles, the battery drops one of five bars. The motor is listed as 1500W but is only 750W, with a max speed of 22.5 mph, well below the promised 28 mph. The materials feel cheap and flimsy, with parts already breaking. Worst of all, the seller refused to accept a return, leaving me stuck with this faulty product. This bike is unsafe, poorly constructed, and falsely advertised. Steer clear! ... show more

This e-bike is way faster than I expected! I hit 28mph easily and it feels super stable even at high speed.

Bike looks great! And all parts are there. Easy to assemble and rides very good. Hand breaks are in a great spot comfortably in your hands and work very well they stop on point. So far this bike has been amazing. Runs well, great power, comfortable. I ride 12.5 miles every day I work which has many steep hills. The motor can make the ride up a hill very comfortably. I have rode over 70 miles at this point and it is fantastic. This is my first ebike and I would recommend it for beginners. ... show more

This bike is trash I got it for 450$ and it was a complete waste of money when the box came it was not handled with care there was holes on the box and the bike was even worse there was missing parts and the screen was damaged and it is false advertising the bike only goes 22mph and the distance is horrible unless you go slow on pedal assist the Manuel to build the bike was confusing to me and my brother I had a bike shop put it together the brakes are terrible they stoped working around my 4th day having the bike the seat it uncomfortable and the whole thing was oily out of the box sometimes it just randomly stops working the I have to reset it ... show more
