This is very awesome electric bicycle, the shipping was very fast. Once I opened it I realized it was very well packed and protected. I was amazed on how well the packing of the bike. As I follow the instructions on putting it together it was easy. I have been using it for weeks, I absolutely love it, no issue, working properly as described. The electronic function is nice and easy to use. The material of the bike is definitely a plus, seems pretty high end materials. I used it 3 days without a charge, battery pretty durable. Don't waste your money. Garbage. Zero stars Battery last for 2 miles. Recharge in 5 minutes. Add says it goes 65 miles and max speed of 26 miles per hour. . Don't buy this. If I could get it back in the box I would return it. Garbage. Sent to me repackaged clearly from being retaped

Pleasantly surprised with everything about this bike. I had a very old electric bike and did a lot of reading before buying a new one. This bike exceeded my expectations. It is fast with quite a bit of quick-response power. The battery on my previous bike was much heavier so I can’t judge the weight except to tell you it is a much lighter bike than my previous one. I bought the bike for pleasure use and not to commute although you could definitely use it for commuting. This bike is fun and a great value. I haven’t found that to be true here. Also, the company’s customer service is excellent. My husband and I were putting the bike together and had difficulty with the front tire. But I had sent an email to customer service before we figured it out, and they responded the same evening…that rarely happens anymore. Anyway, this bike is the first bike we’ve put together so I was hesitant about ordering it in the first place. After riding it for over a week now, I am so glad I did. ... show more

This e-bike really surprised me with its sustainability and quality, really a game changer! After doing ton of research on getting a e-bike for my commute, I finally decided on this pikabike electric bike. Sure there are cheaper options out there, but most of them only have a range of around 20 miles. However, this bike can ride up to 45 miles and more! As someone who don't like to charge frequently, this one definitely caught my eye with it's riding range. I also prioritize long lasting capabilities and safety of the battery. The last thing I want is to be stuck somewhere with my e-bike that ran out of power. With ebike, I can get the peach of mind that I will always have enough juice to go places. It would be wonderful if an upgraded battery were available. While it occasionally experiences errors, it generally recovers, which is acceptable. As a heavier individual, I am uncertain if I am below the weight limit of 290 or 280, but it is impressive considering its value at this price point.
