I am 5’0 “ and 62 years old woman. So I have to put the seat all the way down so my feet can leach the ground but the pedal is too high and my leg does not go that high. Before I purchased this bike, I called the Amazon to contact the company’s customer service because I had several questions about this bike . Amazon said the company will send me an email with in 48 hours but I never received it .I even wrote company a message on the website in Amazon to contact me but they never replied me . But I purchased this bike any way because it seemed like it is very nice bike . When the bike came, there were no instructions how to assemble the bike . You just have to figure out by yourself. Our son came over to ride it . We had to pump the tires . The seat is not stable and it kept falling down while he was riding the bike .It is a very powerful bike and goes very fast . My son said it is not for a person like me (beginner rider) It is too bad it did not work for me . It seems like a very good bike if it fit me but if it is too powerful for me so , I may not able to handle it . It is a very well build bike and it can carry more than 350 pounds . There is a lock for the battery and light weight (55 pound ) maybe a taller person or person who likes faster bike can enjoy this bike . But we could not figure out the display screen and it is very hard to reach customer service . It will be nice if the customer service helped us answer all the questions. ... show more

This bike is listed for adults, but has a weight limit of 165 pounds. It's max speed is 16mph on a flat surface, and struggles against inclines. The motor power is certainly not as advertised. The pedals are places uncomfortably under the seat. This bike has NO GEARS despite advertised as a three speed. The only gear available is a small gear and can't really carry you anywhere. Save your money, get a different, better bike. This isn't a bike for adults. ... show more

It say for people up to 6'3". I am 5'10" and my knees are in the handle bars. Can not even ride it. Not to mention the pedal assist kicks on high the second the pedals move, very dangerous!

You get what you pay for. It’s very flimsy and doesn’t feel sturdy. Might have been my fault but I somehow broke the seat clamp that keeps the height of the seat in place the day I got it. It also doesn’t go up to 25mph like it claims. It topped out at 20mph. I wouldn’t recommend for an adult but maybe your kid or something. ... show more
