My wife is not an experienced rider but she has good balance and wants to get into the e-bike craze. Looked long and hard for the right fit for a woman 5’5 and in pretty good shape. This bike fits her needs perfectly. It has both solid throttle power and peddle assistance that she feels suits her needs. It is a cute bike and comes with all the bells and whistles. Got it in the blue and it is a very nice color. Battery strength is decent and the battery fitting into the frame is a plus. Both for practical purposes and easy on the eye. So many e-bikes come with exposed unhoused batteries that stick out like a sore thumb but this unit has the regard to design it into the frame. That means it is better protected. By the way, it is the batteries that make these e-bikes expensive. And having an unhoused battery doesn’t seem to matter to most buyers these days. I would just rather have one tucked away safely into the design when riding off-road. Face it, if you damage the battery your e-bike is no longer going to be an e-bike. And batteries, well let’s just say, you don’t want to have to find another or try and match it. The market is flooded with every type under the sun. Finding an exact match..good luck. Not to mention get ready to lay out upwards of hundreds for a replacement. The bike, for an e-bike is fairly lightweight and can be ridden easily without any assistance whatsoever. It weighs in at around 65lbs. That’s fairly light in comparison with many e-bikes. The basket is a nice addition. She loves it. The fenders have a tendency to move out of position and can easily rub the tires. You could leave them off if you desire. The seat might be a bit too narrow and uncomfortably in comparison to other units available. The tires are fairly narrow but do handle off road terrain without issue. The bike is no speed demon. It tops out at about 21 mph. The motor is about right. Wouldn’t advise it for someone over 200lbs. Comes with mirrors and phone holder. Plus it has a, if not too small, water bottle holder also. Opted not to install because it doesn’t accommodate larger bottles. But you have the basket so it really is a matter of personal preference. For the money this e-bike is most definitely worth serious consideration. Shipment and delivery are smooth and lightning fast. Delivers FedEx. The bike is most likely already stateside and will probably ship out of Chino, California. You will have it at your frontdoor in just days. The seller is prompt to respond and work with you if there be issues. Honestly, nothing but praise for this particular unit. Really think it would be fun for any potential buyers out there that are on a budget and want a bang for their buck $$$.

I originally purchased this bike to get back into my love for biking I lost since becoming an adult. But I have really bad asthma and worry if I tire out I won't be able to get home but with the adjustable assistant modes from full manual to automatic, I don't have to worry about that and often drive my bike to work and for a quick grocery run.

I was really nervous about getting a E-bike as I have not ridden a bike in 15 years and I’m in my late 50's now. I absolutely love that I can ride it yet have the bike give me support up hills which I could not handle anymore. I was also shocked that the company's customer service called me about 1 week after receiving the bike to make sure everything was working ok and if I had any questions. Very proactive company. I would recommend this bike and company to anyone.

This bike was delivered quickly and so we packaged. Assembly would be easier if direction had been more clear. It still was not a bad or long process. The bike is very easy to ride and comfortable in the seated position. The bike is lighter than it looks so it pedals easily, just as a bike, push on the throttle and it takes off like a rocket. Love the construction and features. Pedals are cheap and we plan on replacing then asap.

The shipment came in quickly in 5 days. The packaging and foam materials designed to protect the bike parts were very well prepared. It took 90 minutes with a friend to assemble using the video on the Amazon site to be ready to ride. I am very happy with the ease to get on and ride. Battery life is extremely durable. The features and attachments are numerous. I really appreciate the rear red LED light with brake activation. Frame is light in weight.
