The touch and appearance is definitely high-end feeling similar to what we used in Japan hotel. However great value for money - even lower price than the Costco Tote one. We didn’t hire any handyman but solely follow the instructions- it is easy to follow instructions and install within 60min by my husband and myself. Performance is great, achieved what we wanted - can easily change the seat temperature and water temperature by the touch pad. And the water flow is very stable and comfortable, not too strong but good enough to reach the functionality. Overall very satisfied with my purchase and consider buy another one for the guest bathroom as well.

cant believe i didnt get this Rivix Electric Bidet toilet seat sooner! installation was super easy, and it fits perfect on my toilet. The heated seat is a total gamechanger—so comfy, especially on cold mornings. I recommend this to everybody, especially pregnant mom, the nightlight is such a nice touch for frequently late-night trips to the bathroom, enhanced cleanliness with adjustable water settings, for me after giving birth wash and rear wash are very effective. and seat warmer . I installed quite a few bidets, and this one was also fairly easy to install - except that flexible angle connection was a bit too tricky for my taste. All the other bidets I installed in the past had fixed angle connections which didn’t leak upon first try. I tried not to ruin the shiny coating with the monkey wrench which was needed to tighten said connection. Despite using some rubbery material between the wrench and the screw-on part, it still got scratched. The bidet and warming function seem to work fine on first trial. I’ll update after I use it for a while. So happy to have a bidet with seat warmer again in my new house!
