Life changer for my wife post back surgery. This has allowed my wife to have independence where she would have been dependent on myself or someone else. As far as installation goes, I am not a handy person. I am accident prone. I normally can get it done, but there’s gonna be a lot of swearing, probably a broken finger or two and several cuts. That being said this was I would say relatively easy. Yes I had a few moments but that’s normal for me. Great purchase. Especially for those who might be disabled, and need a little extra help getting clean in the restroom. We had to also add handles to the toilet for accessibility. Although this bidet is not meant to be used with accessibility handles, we were able to make it work. And hopefully soon she won’t need the handles. Overall very impressive.

I've had this toilet seat for a half a month now. I use it daily. Never thought this item would become my favorite purchase in the end. Pun intended! A bidet is no longer just for women. It can clean a man's behind like no other item could. If you've never tried one, stop being scared. This one is the Rolls-Royce of bidets. Heated seat, heated water, heated air, slow closing seat, night light, remote control, and a self cleaning nozzle! 😳They've thought of everything. The price is amazing and it functions flawlessly! A package of toilet paper could last you over a year and you'll never be dirty again. 😏17/5 stars It's time everyone in America has one...🫡

What an amazing product I can’t believe I never had one of these sooner. It’s like a full car wash through your backside from the washing for the rinsing for the dryer. It’s like going through a car wash but for you behind anybody that doesn’t have one of these and this particular brand it is so good works perfect get that thing you’ll not be sorry and there may be one or two or some random ones out there that are broken. Call Customer Service they’ll replace it. These guys are excellent to work with from what I understand. Mine came. It’s in perfect condition. I’ve been using it for quite a while now and I absolutely loved this thing. Every time I go to the bathroom get free. I love this thing so much. I will always have one of these from now on in my life.

Horrible design and installation. Customer service is also terrible. I bought this for my husband to replace a bio bidet model that had reached its lifespan. This comes with plastic parts that broke upon trying to install. There was no way to put these plastic pieces in the toilet holes and when I forced it the plastic broke. I'm left with an unusable product. I contacted customer service who wouldn't do anything b/c I was over the return window. I waited too long to install this but it was brand new and they wouldn't make an exception. I am very disappointed. If I could leave no stars I would.

It's life changing. Luckily I had an outlet put behind my toilet for something else when the bathroom was done. The wife was unsure if she'd like it but now she loves it too. The remote is a big bulky but necessary. Overall, it does everything it says. The heated seat, the warm water, the dryer all bonuses.

Review I bought two of these units. The first one worked perfectly, so I ordered a second one a few days later. Unfortunately, the second unit caused a serious problem. One night, when nobody was using it, it suddenly started spraying water and made a big mess in the room. After that incident, the remote control also stopped responding normally. While troubleshooting, I discovered something unexpected: the two units interfere with each other. The remote control for one unit can also control the other one. In other words, they seem to use the same signal. For example, if one unit is on and the other is off, pressing the power button on one remote will flip the state of both units at the same time. One turns off and the other turns on. I tested this several times and confirmed the behavior. Because of this, I now suspect that the “ghost” spraying accident may have been caused by the other remote accidentally triggering the unit. Another issue I discovered is that this model does not seem to have a seat (weight) sensor. I originally assumed it had one, because many bidet seats include a sensor that prevents the spray from operating unless someone is sitting on the seat. If that safety feature were present, this accident probably would not have happened. Even if the remote signal interfered, the unit would still check whether someone was actually sitting on the seat. However, this product appears to allow the spray to operate even when no one is sitting on it. The product description also does not clearly state whether a seat sensor exists or not. Most users would expect such a basic safety feature. Aside from these issues, the unit itself works well. My first one works like a charm when used alone. But if you plan to install two of them in the same house, the remote interference and the lack of a seat sensor could potentially create unexpected problems.
