After I broke my elbow and had replacement surgery I need extra support at night so I don't bend it too much during sleep. This can be tightened or looser depending on your need. It's pretty comfortable and will be easy to clean. There is a small metal bar that can be bent if needed. I am almost back to a straight arm so didn't need to adjust it anymore to be at 90°. Good buy overall would also be good to wear during running for extra elbow support.

So yes, this brace is not all together comfortable and did take a few nights to get used to wearing it. However, after a couple of weeks of wearing it to bed, my elbow pain drastically decreased. I haven't had to wear it in a few weeks, it helped that much. A funny story- I purchased 2, 1 for each elbow as I have a C7 compression which affects the arms and elbows most. I don't really need to wear it on both arms, as I quickly found out on night one. I had put them on, and I couldn't move my arms. I was like the little brother in "A Christmas Story" after their mom put him in his snow suit. My arms were sticking out, and I couldn't bend them. I stood there swaying them back and forth, laughing my butt off.

Doesn't stay above the elbow at night. The strap you can use at night to hold it up is scratchy on the neck. Would work ok in the daytime

Had a severe case of golfer's elbow due to injury. I would wake up every morning with significant discomfort. Using the brace at night provided the support I needed to allow my elbow to properly heal. You definitely need to use the sling provided to keep it in place at night. You will still need to ice the elbow, stretch and modify some of your daily routine but at least you won't wake up with the elbow already inflamed. I would absolutely recommend this product.

Brace keeps arm straight. You must use strap across your body or brace will slip off. Just me,but I found this annoying and sleep was affected and I stopped using the brace.

The brace kept slipping down my arm while I slept. There's a sling that attaches with velcro that's supposed to prevent this, but it dug into my neck. I considered returning it but with what I would have had to pay for return shipping I didn't see the point.
