i chose these because they would match my dining room table, they are good and sturdy and im assuming they are actual stoneware because they are thick and heavy and feel stonish. ive used them in the microwave without a problem, and the dishwasher without any issues and they serve their purpose, the large dishes are a little bigger than my previous set because i notice that i have to tilt the dish sideways a little to get it in the microwave, but this set is pretty good i guess. ... show more

Happy with the quality and look of the dinnerware. My only suggestion is to include saucers with the cups. The pattern looks nicer than the online photo and the sizes are very generous.

These dishes are really pretty and also sturdy. I picked the white/blue marble because (1) They match so nicely with my white Corningware serving pieces; (2) I wanted something bright & cheery to replace my old brown/beige dishes.
