Amazing earpiece!! I wear this for 12Hours a day 6 days a week. I listen to music on it while also having multiple calls through out the day. Everything sounds amazing on it. The battery lasts me around 2 days before I need to recharge it. The weight of the item is light, you can barley tell it's on your ear. It's comfortable as well. My ear doesn't ache or hurt in any way at the end of the day. Love the fact that you can also switch which ear you have it on as well. Has a powerbutton, mute, and volume controls. Charging the device you get a dock/carrying case that you can charge on when you don't have a wall plug which is cool. The item seems very durable when wearing, doesn't feel cheap or like it'll break while on your ear. (Have dropped it a few times) still no issues with it. For $50 it definitely worth the money! I'll be ordering another one soon for the wife.

I am willing to invest up to $200 for the best headset. I don’t wfh wearing a headset 40-60 hours a week. I haven’t found a better headset. Better battery life? Better overall experience? I have found better noise cancellation and slightly better call quality. But, it has excellent inbound audio, it’s twice as loud as my plug in headset. It has great outbound call quality. It’s a bit deeper, so you can tell I’m on a headset, but clarity and LOUDNESS for the person on the other side of the call is exceptional. I can switch from ear to ear, I can spend two 8-12 hours shifts on call without worrying about charging. I don’t know what could be better? I would love the ability to mute prior to starting a call/on stand by to avoid any mistakes. But, I haven’t found that as a feature on any headset. Value is unmatched. Functionality unbeaten. BUY IT. First week- it’s very light and comfortable. Comes with three different sizes. Each size in two different shapes! I typically wear a M size but the snug fit started to bother me with how long I wear them in a day. Small has worked best and I still hear the callers much louder than I did with my wired headset! I charge every two days. Speak on it maybe six hours a day. Stand by for 8-10 a day. I don’t have any pinch points, tenderness, irritation, ZERO discomfort at the end of the day. Of course you can also switch ears just to get ahead of any fatigue issues with the ear! I can’t write anymore good things? Again, I’m willing to pay a lot more. The price is just the icing on top. 30 day update- range is incredible. Connecting is so fast it’s not even a seconds time between “power on” and “connected” being spoken into your ear by the earpiece. Battery is spectacular. I charge it every two days as I don’t know how much battery is left otherwise. That is 16 hours of talk&standby between charges for me. No pressure points or discomfort either throughout my shift or after. Comfort is spectacular. I’m willing to spend hundreds. But, I have yet to find a comparable product. Plantronics battery goes for a couple hours at best. Not to mention you can easily flip this headset from ear to ear. Another review mentioned if you go to hang up a call you will end up powering down if the call was already ended by the other party. This doesn’t seem possible? You have to hold down the button to power it down.

I normally don't write reviews, but for this I had to. I bought it for a trip I was taking mainly to use on the plane. It was so convenient to have. I used it to listen to my music and videos, and the battery life was great. It didn't die and still had a lot of charge left for when I got to my destination and continued to use it for phone calls and things of that nature. The sound quality was great, and the noise canceling was also great, as when I was around my loud kids playing and screaming, I was still able to hear very well with what sounded like minimal background noise while wearing the headset. It was super easy to pair, and I love the charging capabilities ! The charging case or directly charging the headpiece , was awesome to have. Very comfortable to wear as well . Great product for the price !

This is replacing a 6 year old Plantronics Voyager that I used with the dongle to connect to my work computer (and it was starting to experience issues). In looking for a replacement, I decided to take a chance on this one because of the price. Let's go with the pros first: The sound quality seems great. No one has complained about hearing me or it picking up background noises. The speaker is clear and powerful. The battery life is fantastic (there is a related con, see below). I spend half my days on meetings, and I can use this for two, sometimes three days before I have to charge it. The range is amazing. Triple what my Voyager was. I can go downstairs and refill my coffee while on a call, hear everything clearly, and be able to respond (and heard clearly). My voyager would loose connection before I could even make it to the kitchen. I think this is because the dongle is much larger than it appears in the thumbnail. The dongle is about the size of a 'classic' USB thumb drive. It does have a small light on it that let's you know if it's in pairing, connected, or waiting to connect. Controls are easy to learn. Cons: Though it doesn't announce how much battery time is left like my Voyager does. I have to pair it to my phone to see how much battery is left. Or just get in the habit of putting it on the charger every day. The charger only charges in "stand" mode (the headset sitting on the top in magnet mount position). There are no provisions for it to charge while it's in the case enclosure while traveling. When you power it on, it doesn't 'remember' what volume setting you had it on. It's back at FULL volume, and it can be loud. Be prepared to quickly down volume. The controls are not compatible with MS Teams. Hitting the mute button will mute it, but MS Teams doesn't recognize this. This can lead to a 'double mute' situation (mute with a mouse click, then hit the ear piece button to try to come off mute, but instead, you're muted in both places and have to redo both actions to speak). This also keeps it from answering an MS Teams incoming call by pressing any buttons on the headset. The buttons give positive feedback, but they feel cheap and click so loud that the microphone does pick up the clicking (of volume adjustment, for example). This clicking sound comes through to the other party very clearly. So you need to be prepared to mute, then click the volume down on the first call of the day.
