    • For the price it looks good, expands just fine--but uneven (lump or lobe) overall.
For the price, it is overall a decent mattress in a box. It is on the firm side, but soft enough in that you don't get the feeling of sinking into it but it also does feel like it is conforming to your body a bit. I let it expand for several days (over the 72 hours they asked for) before laying on it or touching it really, and unfortunately it still (weeks later) has a higher area or a lobe of sorts in one section. I'm going to be doing a little internet research to try and figure out if anything can be done to smooth it back out. I suspect something inside of the mattress was just unevenly distributed either from shipping or manufacturing. ... show more

    • Does not swell to 10” !!
This was supposed to be a 10” tall mattress after it was out of box. Gave it a week to expand and now it’s still 7” not 10”. Will have to get a box spring. Also you’ll need a hick mattress pad because the top of your his is only 1” thick and the springs will poke you in the back !! Never buy a mattress through mail! ... show more

I'm very impressed with this mattress! It arrived a day early too. I immediately unboxed it and took it out of the plastic. It immediately started "airing up". It says it takes 72 hrs to completely "air up" but within 30 mins it was at 10 in. It's a very comfortable mattress, the description says firm but it's a little on the softer side but perfect for me.     • A very Firm Mattress
I like a firm mattress but this thing is FIRM. I would not recommend if one has frequent back pains or suffer from lower lumbar issues. I definitely have to buy a topper before my husband resorts to sleeping on the floor.
